Bit frustrated now. Since my last HHC I've done absolutely nothing! I was having a quick sit down and then NPower phoned cos we are moving to Scottish Power and they wanted us to stay with them. They gave me a better deal so that's good! Even cheaper than SP, so we are staying with them. But that took half an hour.
Then DH phoned asking me to find out he could know what 300 square metres is.
As I was finding this out my work phone rang so had to talk to work for a while.
Then I was just about to post on here and the PC crashed. It's back now.

While all that was happening I've gone through a couple of videos to find out what is on them and they are now labeled so we can find the programs quickly and also so I know which ones I can record on!

And the WM is still on with the sheet in it. I've not got any white vinegar so had to use malt vinegar. Not sure if it will work as well but hoping it will be ok! Also the method Sexy told me says it must go in the TD but we don't have one so am going to put it on the heated towel rail and hopefully it will be ok. It's worth a try anyway.

I've just had lunch and am just having a rest. Am really tired now. Will get on again in a mo, going to catch up on the thread first

I didn't do much during my HHC at 11am, well not from the list anyway. I ended up cutting one of the xmas trees up! I did however get the sofa throw washed and it's on the washing line now.

    Hi Ladies (and Gents?)

I have been reading and lurking on these thread for about 6 months and think now is the time to get involved and give myself a big kick up the @rse:rotfl:

My house and garden are in need of quiet a lot of work. On the surface things don't look too bad but I dread the day that one of my house guests might open a cupboard door _pale_. Thing is I can either keep on top of the day to day cleaning (just) or declutter but not see seem to do the two together. This is what I really want to work on.

You'll have to forgive me if I'm not blogging this right or using the right terminology but here goes my first list :D

Monday - Living pit, hallway, stairs!!
    Level One - DONE!!! :D
    [STRIKE]Declutter the floors![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Vacuum/mop floors & stairs![/STRIKE]
    Level Two - DONE!!! :D:D
[STRIKE]dust over all the electrical appliances.. be careful though I don't want any accidents![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]
Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move!
[/STRIKE] and ashamned of what I found :o
    [STRIKE]Clean the sofas[/STRIKE]
    Level Three - DONE!!! :D:D:D
[STRIKE]Declutter the inside of a cupboard or drawer![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort out coats and bags and shoes.. there must be some that can be put away/chucked?[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Dust mantle and polish any display cabinets or bookshelves etc[/STRIKE]

    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Wipe and water the plants [/STRIKE]
    2. [STRIKE]Clean out the pets [/STRIKE] Dog lives in the house so I guess I will be spending all week cleaning his area out :o
    3. [STRIKE]Wipe the dusty paintwork[/STRIKE]
    4. Get a pile of filing done!!
MACAW:- shop away from tesco's. I always shop there and think if I made the effort to go to the next town I could save some money as it has a local butcher, green grocers, aldi and morrisons all in walking distance. I have a funky shopper that I have never felt brave enough to use. Anyone else think they're just for old ladies? (I'm 26!)

    Other jobs this week:
    1. Five loads of washing done and dried - 3 done
    2. [STRIKE]Apologise to my wife for all the ironing![/STRIKE] She actually seemed impressed that I had done some washing :rotfl:
    3. Take garden rubbish to the tip - 1 load done
    4. Take shower room rubbish to the tip
    5. Sort out school dinner money cheque
    6. Update fostering finance sheets
    7. Put bed, books and shower screen on ebay
    8. Sow more veggie seeds
    9. [STRIKE]Create weekly menu and shopping list[/STRIKE]
    10. Email sent to the girls
    11. Pay credit cards
    12. Pay some money off northern rock loan
    13. Sort out 5 magazines
    14. Clear decking
    15. [STRIKE]Remove old washing line[/STRIKE]
    16. [STRIKE]Put up new washing line[/STRIKE]
    17. [STRIKE]Shred paper/cardboard for composter[/STRIKE]
    18. Clear kitchen hotspot
    19. Change kids beds
    20. Replant 10 garden pots
