Hey Urg - just reading your diary - keep up the good work. Revision / learning is a bit rubbish but you will get there - you'll find you know a lot anyway I think! I know it sounds daft but if you concentrate so hard on trying to remember stuff it never happens - or I found that anyway - does that make any sense?? Keep us updated on your progress in all areas! Ped0

Thanks Ped
I think you are right. I have found that as I have read things, lots of other things have fallen into place. Got lots to do today but am feeling positive. Just need to make sure I don't get overwhelmed.
Am off to post on the daily DFW small things thread and then will get going.
Have a good day.

Hi Urg... just having a break from my revision and wanted to wish you good luck with your exam tomorrow - I'm glad I'm not the only MSE'er with exams AND debts to deal with, makes it seem less bad when there are others in your situation!
My sister has given me her "pre-exam tip" so thought I'd share it with you, have a bottle of lucozade and a mars bar before you go into the exam to give you a boost - not sure if it helps/works, but I'll definately be giving it a try tomorrow night at about 5:45pm before I go into the exam hall!
GOOD LUCK once again!! :T0 -
Good luck with exam tomorrow urg! Sure you'll rock it x0

Thanks to both of you - it's been a real hard slog today. Still have about an hour to do before I hit the sack.
Haven't reeally done anything else other than eat (and smoke:mad:). I don't usually smoke anymore but found that it seems to be helping.
Just ghoing to have a 15 min surf and then off to bed.
Crapwithcash82 - Good luck with your exam - sugar (mars and lucozade) is always a good plan. Think I may even break my 'no chocolate' 100 day challenge - I think desperation will be a good way to go.
The other tip I know of is Rescue Remedy - it takes the edge off any anxiety you feel. Really good stuff!
See you tomorrow - exhausted but pleased it will all be over.

Hi Urg, just checking in to see how your exam went? Mine wasn't as bad as I was expecting thankfully!! I have 2 more next week, but they are not nearly as deep as the law one was so I'm not quite so wound up about that one!!
Do you have any more coming up or was it just the one?0 -
Hi Urg, just managed to read through and hope your exam went ok, i hate revision with a passion as I know I can read something 25 times, think I know it, get into the exam and can I remember it? NO CHANCE!
Your OH proposing is just the motivation to get you going, I have told my OH i want to be debt free before we marry too (not that he has proposed yet, perhaps I am jumping the gun!).
I hope the sofa credit agreement has been sorted out for you, I will pop back soon
Very happily married on 10th April 2013

Hi
Crapwithcash82 - Exam went ok thanks. Glad yours was ok too. I was so tired when I got home and went to bed with a pretty bad headache. I still feel rough today - I have an awful feeling I will be coming down with something because my adrenaline levels have finally gone down.
jtr2803 - thanks for replying - it's nice to know that there are people reading this. OH is great! I need to chase up the sofa stuff and make sure that they got my letter. I know that they hadn't got it by Saturday and Monday was a bank holiday.
Right - I'll do that and a couple of other things on my list of things to do.

Grrrrr - why is it that a letter accepted by the post office on 29/4/09 is still not delivered by 06/05/09. There have been 4 working days for this letter to have reached it's destination - if it hasn't been delivered by tomorrow I will go mad! I am really getting annoyed with how slow everything is.
On the plus side I have just updated my spreadsheets and I have gone sub £11000. I really wanted to be sub £1000 by now but there's always next month.
I am now off to research scratchies.
