What you will have to do is to try a Orange sim that works in another phone. the codes given are correct for the phone. I assume you are entering the #pw+ before the code and +1# and +2# afterwards.

Will get new orange sim, and make sure phone works! Yes putting codes in even the tricky bit using the * key several times. Thanks for all your help

It's a BB5 phone and can be unlocked only if paid for, as there are no free remote codes. Contact a pro unlocker/market stall or your network provider.

You will have to buy the hardware box, which would cost about £250 and would be far cheaper going to a pro unlocker/market stall and pay about £10.

I think I will have to contact Virgin and pay to unlock, but I have a Nokia 6700 slide on Virgin with an IMEI code of 353309946758866 and was wondering if there are any free codes?

Also wondering where to go to look for any codes for a Sony Ericsson phone?
