All BB5 phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, you will have to contact your network provider, or a professional unlocker/market stall. There are remote codes, which you can purchase from the web, on certain networks, but they all cost. BB5 stands for Base band (5th generation) and is the latest technology platform developed by Nokia on which they build all new cell phone models.

OK thanks for the info, it was worth a shot. We are no longer with Orange and haven't been for a couple of years, I will try and contact them and see what they say.
