I want to unlock my old phone, but don't want to risk one of the free sites.

The code you've supplied is the 3rd I've tried, and each time I've got a "Code Error" message.

The other codes I've tried are:

#pw+926562146407071+1#
#pw+708500420607413+7#

These came from a free site - which is why I'm wary of using them again. (as I'm using up my chances to avoid a bootsale unlock)

If you've got any ideas, I'll give them a try.

Can you make & receive calls from your tesco sim and have you checked to see it it's unlocked already and if locked are you sure it's locked to Tesco. try another network.

Hello again baldhead.

I've just put my Tesco sim back in the phone and it works fine.

When I put my Orange sim in, I get "Phone Restricted" with the option of "Undo" - which when pressed I get "Enter Restriction Code"

Any ideas?

Just bough a Nokia 1800 for 1p but want to unlock it from Vodaphone. Anyone know where I can get a free unlock code? Found a couple of sites that charge but as it only cost 1p.....????

That's the only way at the moment I'm afraid, as there are no free remote codes for the 1800. Market stall/pro unlocker or on line, but be careful about the online, make sure you have a contact detalis if it doesn't work.

Dct4+ phone I'm afraid, there are no free remotes codes. The only way is the market stall/pro unlocker or your network.
