The phone is locked to the Orange network and the code will need to come from them.

SL3 phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, you will have to contact your network provider, or a professional unlocker/market stall. There are remote codes, which you can purchase from the web, on certain networks, but they all cost

If the phone is locked contact the network it is locked to and make the request.

You will need an active SIM card for the network to get the code and the SIM card will need to be in the phone when you use the code.

DCT4+ phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. There are also remote codes that you can obtain from the web on certain networks, but very expensive.
