DCT4+ phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. There are also remote codes that you can obtain from the web on certain networks, but very expensive.

Phones for you unlocked it but it's now asking for a restriction code?

Anybody help.

It's a T Mobile sim card we have in it now.

I would take it back to Phones4U and asked them to unlock it, because it hasn't been done. You can get it unlocked by a pro unlocker, but that would cost.

I also have a Nokia C3, and judging on your answer here, am I right in thinking there aren't any free codes for it? Many thanks
