There are no free remote codes for your phone, as it's a DCT4+. Only your network provider/market stall or a pro unlocker can help here.

    Hi
I was wondering if there was any free unlock code for a Nokia 6500 Classic. It was on Orange, this will be my second attempt to unlock a phone. My previous attempt didnt even get off the ground-it was BB5. So fingers crossed, that one of you lovely people may be able to help.
    Thanks in advance.

BB5 phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. There are also remote codes that you can obtain from the web on certain networks, but very expensive

i have the nokia 2220slide on virgin although i found codes on both sites listed on first forum pages, i got 'code error' as well, but when i took the phone to my local market stall as advised on here, they were unable to do it

I do wonder if it is becoming more and more difficult to unlock phones with networks putting extra stuff in to make it even more awkward!

Yes it is, only your network provider, or a professional unlocker/market stall can help here. There are remote codes, which you can purchase from the web, on certain networks, but they all cost

There are no remote codes for the DCT4+ phones which you have and can be unlocked. If the market stall can't do it, take it to a pro unlocker, just ask your local phone shop who can point you in the right direction, or look in the yellow pagers.
