            Hi Happy
Are you still doing the vlcd?
Are you allowed fruit on the diet or is just the 3 items plus the controlled meal?
Well done on the pet food bargains!

would you recommend the vlcd to do for a couple of months?
Hubby has found a groupon code for the Natural Ketosis plan.
This covers everything needed for a month for £99 but is usually £299 each. So we could do it for a month and then carry on the principles ourselves. Only issue being a few of the meals I don't like plus I don't have time for breakfast so a breakfast shake would suit me.
We could both do the Natural Ketosis one or he could do that and I could do the vlcd.
I would just like a bit of a head starts as I have a lot to lose.
 Choices choice!!! xxOrange Fairy

            sorry for the questions Happy.
How long did you do it for?
What did you do if say you had to go out for a meal? Would you try and have something allowed on the menu or have a 'day off'?

I did the slim and save it was meal replacements. I would have a day off or avoid the meals its a non social diet. It does give you a good headstart but you need your head in the right place. I have a good few stones to loose. Why not do a calorie diet ? or try slimfast for a few week as a booster ? I would like to loose 5 1/2 stone but i had grown tired of vlcd i kept messing around so just taking a break with healthy eating and walking xxI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Hey ladies,
You can do it!!! I agree the sensible option is to just eat less and exercise more. Make sensible choices so it becomes a lifestyle change more than anything and control portion sizes.
Slimfast does work for that kick start, one of my bridesmaids did it for two weeks just to kickstart her weight loss and control her appetite a bit and it worked for her.
This week i've just upped the exercise and cut out rubbish and have managed to lose 3lbs so it can be done!
Why don't we all motivate each other?? Log what we eat and what exercise we do each day on our own diaries to keep in check?? Just a thought xxxx 0 xxxx 0

 Hi Happy and Choc.
I am completely in the frame of kind to do something a little more drastic though I know it will be really hard.
I am sooo miserable with my weight at the moment. There's only so much decluttering I can do to make myself feel in control of something.
If I am the weight I think I am (haven't weighed in fear) then I will have a good 4 stone to lose. I was contemplating doing the vlcd or similar for a couple of months maximum and then follow it up with healthy eating, and calorie counting etc.
Really unsure. When I have just calorie counting before I never seem to make a huge difference.
Ill think on it! Wouldn't be until after hubby's birthday on the 20th anyway.
