Well i really like t harv ekers way and like he says when we cant handle what we have now how will we attract more .... just start basically you have to listen to the audio to get the gist im off now to work out my actual percentages lol i think 55% for me would be a miricle at this point but starting is putting the wheels in motion xx glad to be posting again jwill xx

Good afternoon, im really feeling abit fed up.... sometimes it doesnt feel like there is enough time in a day, negative wealth is draining on me.... nothing one can do except keep paying ..... got a few social events coming up that can not be avoided and costs have already been put on budget..... anyway i was reading from the begining of my diary and i had declared i would be financially free december 11 or jan 2012 wow where did i figure that from i suppose i thought i would live on lettuce leaves lol .... anyway ive figured il do a snowball its not my favourite task at the moment but one needs to face facts havent they :S .... il update shortly xxx

If that's with minimum payments, then hopefully if you can raise a bit more you can knock that date down significantly happy. You've always done so well, so you'll get there!

No its not is it lol it says on minimum with my budget sheet i pay around 12839.16 a year off ive been lapsy daisy we have all been there but thing is our soa is to the bare minimum we cant cut any further i am doing a diet thought thats costing me 400 in food budget but that should be done and dusted shortly and back down to 200 a month but life gets in the way of skimming the money and then i get upset because i think all the negative wealth is holding me back starting a family bla bla bla bla ..... ah im on one of those moaning days .... x

I have worked out that our unsecured finances are 29k on est it could be a few hundred less..... our secured finance is 20k but im thinking that will be cleared when the time comes to sell the house, if we were finacially free of unsecured finance we would be 1600 better off a month thats breathing space to accumulate savings i guess .... 12839.16 is both secured and unsecured so lets look at some guestimate works acutual unsecured finances paid a year is 11796.72 averaging at pm = 983.06... so 4 x 983.06 3932.24 that takes unsecured to 25067.76.... so at the start of 2012 il know on minimum il pay 11796.72 off meaning dec2012 = 13271.04... oh may have bonus's that make dents etc etc so hopefully its not all that bad eh .... it definatley is something when you have budgets up to end of 2012 .... :S

Afternoon, im having a moment since catching an article regarding mortgages i suddenly thought should we be thinking about remortgaging and fixing for 2 years.? on the negative wealth front payments are been made and things are looking rosey, have some expensive months coming up but all is budgetted .... even after doing spreadsheets and budgets we do continue to make little blips il learn one day :j

Morning campers, total outstanding including secured unsecured = £ 49293.58 .... doesnt seem all that bad considering what it started at im very pleased onwards and downwards they say xxx oh says we should just ride it out re mortage see what happens hehehe i have plenty i have plenty i can afford anything i want xx
