Morning all, il chit chat away to myself, ive done the cleaning washed the windows walked the dog impressive stuff got the duvet cover on for washing....... just doing some mental math work now.. should i do the house up or just make do and buy some extra furniture..... who knows its all stressful with the current affairs....... ahhhh do we sort debts at a faster pace and complain about where we live or just take a tad longer and have a nice home for the next few years before we think of starting a family...... got some big things next year australia is one of them, i guess ive just got itchy feet x

Hello hello hello i am now a married woman with still huge amount of debt we are to go to australia in january and in the meantime we are saving 2k for spend etc..... im trying to think of ways to keep me going and realistic in lowering teh debt, my mum has offered to keep transferring balances to her credit card of 12% which is more than half the amount of intrest that we are paying sio it should speed the paying of debt off aiii ever feel like you have a high then you suddenly hit a big low im feeling fed up now

Thanks mrs cmr im so glad things are picking up for you im not looking forward to some months saving spend for australia makes living very budgety im sad i cant hammer the debts just yet but hey ho xx had a bit of a what do we do now when we are married not rushing for children would like some less debt x

Evening all/ morning... im on a night shift thinking of the unsocial hours... well i am just about to embark on another journey to australia in january, we have managed to obtain the flights money from the wedding gifts and also we have enough excess cash to save 500 spend and have 250 surplus which is paying the last bits of the marquee, i was humming about whether i should go since ultimatley paying debt is the next big step for us however its our honeymoon and it wont add to the debt and we are still paying the debts off minimum... however the excess is estimated on basic wages and since i do a lot of unsocial i could have an extra 2-300 spare and oh also does his business out of hours which can sometimes generate 100 quid a week or a month every little helps.... im still very real about debt and budgets and i intend to start hammering the debts first payday in january with some real force however untill then it will be tiny steps above minimum payments... sometimes the road is long but i cant wait to get there x:o

Morning all, quick update... im doing plenty of unsocial hours and things seem to be going good... we are managing to stick within food budget and we have paid for the honeymoon bar 344, which we shall pay next pay day... once thats paid we are outstanding 1500 on wedding marquee so will work out a payment scheme with them things look rosey the excess its 452 on basic wages and i can sometimes earn an extra 2-300 on top of that so technically a good little birt extra so once we have the honeymoon and marquee finalised we can start removing some numbers im so looking forward to this...... things can be up and down but we must keep at it ... my outstanding balances freak me the hell out so i willl disclose them when i have shifted a good chunk of it xxx must gpo to bed worked nights and back tonight ...... x

Afternoon, i have just set all my credit cards up on direct debit minimum payments and then i will overpay accordingly ..... but that takes the hassle off remembering to pay... i havent had a late fee in ages but i think direct debits are much easier arent they you dont see it going you dont miss it ... everything paid off nearly this month so we will be poaying what we have left on the holiday only 344 left to pay so thats not bad....... the weather is great grest great and life couldnt be better although im sick of seeing what i owe grrrrrr x:eek:

Good morning campers , yesterday i sold my laptop for 80 quid woo woo and today oh is doing a job after work should be 30-45 pound for his business so a possible 120 gain yay ... that will pay the holiday off ... next months unsocial should be good i hope i seem to be working all weekends and nights !! Anyhow we have not done our weekly shop we are trying to empty the cupboards see how far we can get after all we seem to buy more than we need and its still there in 2 weeks or so.... things on the shopping front have really improved for me since i found the discount supermarket for emergency staff im getting heinz soups for 20 p instead of 80p in the supermarket so its somewhat cheaper than the value brand so thats helping make a real saving x Hope everyone else is doing good x
