I had a similar experience, when I got the report back they'd clearly just made up some of the answers, and some were the exact opposite of what is true, and what I'd have told them. The person who assessed me had a far from perfect grasp of English, so there may have been some misunderstandings, but that doesn't excuse the blatant lies they'd written down.

They're dealing with people who are ill, and making people who are ill even more stressed out through negligence is inexcusable.

Write your letter of appeal and explain what points have been misrepresented. At the moment it's far too long and written quite badly. Get someone to help you write it. It needs to be clear and concise.

Stuff like "How the hell she answered this as a NO is just pure crazy after all she only spoke to me for 15 minutes and she does not live what very limited life I have." is pretty inappropriate.
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it

well i covered everything imo so they dont need to reply with the usuall same questions.

Andy, many of us have been through this process, the advice that is being given is spot on. I know that you are frustrated, but you are not helping yourself by sending an incoherent letter. There are inconsistencies in your text, and tbh I would fail you on the information given. I would recommend getting help with your appeal, it is worth too much to mess up.

You may have covered everything but it is much too much.

I dont understand what you mean by "the usuall same questions". If they do not change their decision you would need to appeal.

Frankly, It would strike me that if you can sit down and concentrate on producing such a long piece of writing, that there would be some sort of job that you could do.

I'm sure you do have problems, but that letter shows you can complete tasks. That's not really what you want to show them!
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
  • Far too long a letter, I wouldn't sit and read that either.

You are contesting the medical and thats all you need to write, the letter above would do you more harm than good.

Treat the letter above as therapy, youve written it now burn it and begin again with three or four main points, dont ramble on just be consise about how the report is wrong.

You come across in your letter as if you tick every single negative box needed to get Incapacity. It might be worth mentioning some efforts you make to try and overcome your problems (even if they havn't worked) to come across as a sufferer who yearns to be well.

What is the point of posting this on here if you don't want to listen to the advice you're given?
