Hope these turn out ok. Sorry, but OH is in background of one of them..LOL. Still alot that needs doing out there and have new sink and worktops going in-in next few weeks as I hate the high gloss worktops:mad: Lucky that I have alot of cupboards though.

looks great.. we wanted the high gloss ones but everyone told us they scratch very easily and would look a mess after a short time.. but I do like the look of them.

PP.. whats your OH doing out there???? :rotfl:
  • He's putting his drill/toolbox in the office....dont look good does it..LOL

PP - even though personally I'd go for a lighter, brighter look in a kitchen, I think yours looks gorgeous! Very classy.

  • I totally agree. The black tiles are coming off in next few weeks and having the white brick effect style ones with a wood worktop and white ceramic old fashioned sink. Will brighten it up...which it needs. Also being re-skimmed and walls lightened up with a terracota colour:confused:

this a fab thread....thanks for starting it funky fairy :T so good for nosey people like me :rotfl:

LTS, I have to confess I cheated on the pictures :o

This IS my kitchen, just before I lived here

As my dear brother "borrowed" my digital camera ages ago, I used the pic from the estate agent's brochure to show you what my kitchen is like. Now, add a bit more clutter to the worktops and kids stuff dumped on the island and you've got it ;)

Oh and don't forget all my utensils hanging from the rack in the kitchen, I managed to keep that bit from the previous owner :D
