Pawpurrs, really like this kitchen, very cosy looking, love the blue, I might paint mine this next time as it is a bit too much cream.

Thanks Megsmum, i love my little cottage, hence why i cant seem to move, even though i know i should try and move up the property ladder!

Love cornishware, bought ten boxes of it at auction for about £40, bargain, i thought. (big banana boxes), sold what I didnt want and that paid for me to keep the bits I did.

Have a go at posting yours tl, it really wasnt that hard, and i am normally terrible at these things.

Love being nosy, which is why i love doing viewings for the local estate agent!
    Pawpurrs x ;)

Thanks for that. I do have accidental cover on my insurance due to the kids etc, handy to have. The fridge/freezer cost me £290 if my memory serves me right. Have made two claims since 2001, one for flooding out by neighbour and one for busted laptop. Haven't made any claims since 2003, so wonder whether it would affect risk rating etc with insurers or not. Don't think so? It's not major, doesn't affect the running of it, just annoying to see it.

I've just got contents insurance from tesco, their relevant question was about having more than 2 incidents of loss in the last 3 years, would this be applicable when you next need insurance? maybe one of your claims would be older than 3 years by then.

There's also a £100 excess on the policy so I'd rather just put up with it, bugs me a little bit but hasn't affected F/F running etc so....
