geordielass wrote:Hi shoperholicnot,I cannot believe the SA took the bodyform voucher off you. That was your property and he had no right to not give you it back.Fair enough, say you can't use it but to TAKE IT OFF YOU.I would be furious.I think you should telephone customer service first thing tomorrow and demand an aplology from the SA and the manager.
Just a quick update on this, I did contact customer services abot this and they were horrified, they contacted store in question and store manager phoned me this evening to apologize, manager yesterday was a team leader and he remebered the vouchers not going through, so store manager knows who SA was ( name not on my receipt). They are going to send me gift vouchers as way of apology and compensation, I did not ask, she offered and SA will get a firm ticking off I think, his own fault, not only did he refuse to give me back voucher but he was very rude too0 -
Ragtimeplayer wrote:Can anyone tell me how many Boots stores there are in Doncaster?
I am planning to go tomorrow and only know about the one in the precinct.
Hi Ragtimeplayer, 3 stores in Doncaster - one on Wheatley Hall Road (one advantage machine often out of order), one in the Market Place (no machine)and the main one in the Frenchgate Centre (3 machines, two on groundfloor, one upstairs).
If you are going to the Frenchgate store and you are after the summer palette there were just a few on the groundfloor but upstairs there is quite a pile not far from top of stairs. Also most of the No. 7 sun range is upstairs but lilac bags are downstairs.

anewman wrote:It said "on selected items" and excludes "deep cleansing lotion" (I think it was deep cleansing lotion or a similar product). Definitely no mention of excluding the mask on my voucher but no points nonetheless. I checked specifically for exclusions on the face mask as I assumed if the voucher was back it would say it excludes that. Guess I was just unlucky to get a voucher which didn't say it.
My SC voucher the other day said the same as yours.......it definitely did not say excludes face mask. HTH0 -

HAHAHA good for you serves them bl**dy well right.Hope that SA gets a good rolliking.I reckon boots staff have been made aware of the amount of loopholes peeps are trying to use so some of them think they have been given special rights to treat customers like thiefs. He who smiles rather than rages is always
