This was the reply:-
Thank you for contacting us about our 5 pound voucher offer that we have recently been running in store. I'm sorry to hear you feel the offer was misleading and you do have my sincere apologies for this.
When we run promotions in our shops, we make every effort to ensure the promotional material is clear and accurate. We don't want to mislead our customers in any way.
Unfortunately the store was correct by not honouring this voucher to you as there was not an exchange of cash for 10 pounds or more.
I have passed a copy of your letter onto our Sales Plan team, who have reassured me that they will raise your concerns during their next review, to prevent any further misunderstanding occurring in the future.
Thats strange - only yesterday i had a spend that came to £11. Used bodyform vouchers that brought it to £7 - i got the voucher. Very strange indeed - the theory about different stores have differnt rules maybe true.0 -

Can I ask those of you that have both the BOGOF body butter and the organiser, which do you think it's most value to get because I really can't decide.0

Is the bodybutter £5.50? Therefore two for 50p.
The organiser is £9.99 but reduced from £15 so you get the lilac bag. Spend £4.99 but get an organiser worth £15 and a lilac bag worth £33, total worth £48 for £4.99 spend.
Hope I got the info right!Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -

You are correct about the body butter £5.50 bogof therefore paying 50p after £5 voucher
The organiser was £15 reduced to £9.99 therefore £4.99 after £5 voucher (as far as i am aware these are not on bogof so you would only get 1 for £4.99)
Also you can use 200 point voucher from h&b magazine and try for a lilac bag too
hthRunning total for swagbucks - £270 since Jan
Running total for superpoints -:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Yeah, I think you're both right, as long as you've got a fiver to spend on make-up then the organiser is well worth it. Thanks guys! x0
