What another stunning day is it today.........well I have all my ironing out of the way, despite having more washing to get on with (so do really have more ironing to come), stripped all the beds, airing the mattresses, turned them over.
I do need to get cracking with the hanging baskets at some point, we get a discount of a family friend, so lucky in that respect, but I must have them, they brighten up both the front and back gardens.;) Oh and brightens me up to.
Hope your all having the lovely weather and enjoying it.:AThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi all - how is everyone? Been offline for a bit keeping busy with other things (new car, sorting out that and driving about a bit!)
Still nothing back from the FOS after I asked them to reconsider their refusal to accept that my case isn't time-barred. It's been about 4 week now. Hopefully that does mean they are having to go bac to Sainsburys and say, "Ooooops, we got it wrong, you owe her money!"
And yes, Diversity were very worthy winners. Can't wait to see the show they put on for the Queen. Susan Boyle is definitely not a loser in all of this. She's proven something to people and herself. After all, Larry King, Oprah, 100 million Youtube hits, Demi Moore, Ashton Kurcher all know of her now!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

Hi bathgatebuyer
Sorry we missed you.
How are you?
You have been busy haven't you?;) hope your enjoying the nice weather as well.
Crikey so still no response from the FOS? a letter would not hurt them would it?
lol.........well they're known to make some mistakes.
I thought "Flawless" were also good, but "Diversity" did it for me.:j
Your right about Susan Boyle, she definately has a way forward in her life anyway, so 2 great winners there.
Hope your keeping well though bathgatebuyer and do hope you hear something soon from the FOS - fingers crossed.;)XXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi everyone,
It seems like ages since I have been on here. Hope everyone is well.
Di glad to here your dad is OK, just hope your hubby gets good news soon on the job front.
Marshallka how is your dog, has he needed another op on his eyes.
Can't wait for the 15th of this month as I am on holiday from work. Things are getting hectic now as people are due holidays and we are short staffed as it is. I just wish people would not say they will cover shifts then not turn in. It really puts the rest of us under pressure, but I suppose I shouldn't complain at least my job is secure.
My daughter starts her new job on Sunday. I am glad that she has got something to keep her busy whilst uni is finished.
Hope you all have a good day0
