Got some Polycell 3 in 1 remover that I am using to continually clean the areas and all inside my wardrobe and then I have a condensation paint for the ceiling (but only when the mould spores are completely dead) and walls and going to do inside my wardrobe as well. THEN going to do the outside wall as best I can just to help hubby before he does the damp injection in spring/summer. Been looking if we can get a grant for help with this but definately cannot. I looked at what things they give grants for an they give grants to some for new kitchens if over 15 years old (it may even be 10) and other things that are not necessity but not damp like this. Our kitchen is still the bottom half from when it was built in 1963:eek: but still would have no help as we have an income.:(. Really gets my goat. I will get it sorted though;). Just a matter of a little graft and cut backs.

Di, did the FOS ever sort out your Lloyds complaints in the end? I know they were adjudicated but there were problems with them weren't there?? Just asking cause of PF waiting for his to be looked at again.

I did not push the loan PPI direct through the FOS, I done this myself with Lloyds and its gone the 8 weeks but received an email on the one today from the customer care dept here: (but nothing in relation of the other ppi's)
    Dear Mr ,

In regards to the complaint ref:cc/ at present we are awaiting the response to be completed and sent out as soon as it is done they will send the letter to your via mail.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind Regards

    R (Customer Care)
