We've been so looking forward to lie ins but I think everyone is so hyper with the lead up to christmas caring for family members and so on that I've been waking about 3 in the morning......so annoying because I end up tossing and turning and then feeling completely washed out. I dont know how you manage Di. Sending you big hugs and love ((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))):A:A:A:A:A0

A lie in would be nice, but I think your body is like a clock really isn't it? where you adapt to what your used to, but even though I do get better nights than others, its never more than 5 hours a night.
I will though, when given the chance try to nab an hour in the day.;)
The excitement of leading up to xmas catches up on us doesn't it?
Thanks hunni, your ever so sweet.:A:A

Arrrghhhhhhhhh, my oldest son went clubbing last night (Boxing night), kept his wallet in his front pocket and still managed to get his damn wallet stolen!!!
He had all his bank cards in it, his drivers licence, and about £30 left.
I told him before only to take money but nothing else, but they don't listen do they?
Of course he is now telling me I'm right!!!!
He rang me early hours to let me know this, I could not hear him, so asked him to text me, he done so and straight away I managed to get his cards cancelled with the bank, he had to then ring them back today to order more, which can take up to 5 working days, with his drivers licence this has to be replaced, its also been reported with the police, he is now waiting for someone to get back to him to give him a crime ref number to get so much off on a replacement licence.
Gutted, I do hope he will learn from this!!!0 -

Not doing anything for the new year as we know to but then again that nothing new but we shall have a drinkie or two in here. I am sure that we are not the only ones.
Anyway, enjoy the rest of the holidays and best wishes to all.

Hi Marshallka, Glad you had dinner out, it does end up being big sessions in the kitchen, I enjoy it though feeling very virtuous using up all the leftovers and not having to go to the shops.Hurrah! I have to say we always go out on Christmas Eve for a curry...weird. Dont know what we'll do for new year usually have an open house new years day really cant stand new years eve very depressing looking back I think. So raise a glass to the future and good times an oppurtunites not obstacles. Cheers:beer:
thank you for reminding me to take iron I have been very shoddy at taking them, then I'll complain that I have no energy. How is your daughter doing? Did she enjoy christmas.

I am doing all my buffet stuff tomorrow as my son is going to paintball and my hubby is going the match so just me and my daughter in (although she has been on facebook much of the time!!)...
Just like to get out of ONE meal over christmas and we do not really go visiting family etc..:o. I must admit I am glad of getting back to normal eating if truth be known. I just feel so sluggish all the time on nibbles. Can't do anything at the moment in the kitchen as all the fish tank bits and bobs are everywhere and there is an awful smell of algae:eek:.

My son said the same some months ago and we called the police and got a crime reference number etc and later that day his mate rang and had found it:o. Glad he is ok and its only money they took. I can understand with an actual mugging though its often much more than money as its an invasion of yourself too.
Hi Marshallka, hope you had a fab Christmas.:A
Yes it is a similar incident isn't it?
The thing that worries me is the fact that his photocard driving licence was also in his wallet with his bank cards, and the address is also on the driving licence.
At least it have been reported though.
The police called back with a crime ref number and also told them they are going over the CCTV, due to the amount if times this have actually happened in this nightclub.
Its a slim chance though, and like looking for a needle in a haystack, still it will come back to them! What goes round comes round".
Jamie tried ringing the DVLA and they are closed........, will try again tomorrow first thing.
Cannot find anything about their christmas opening hours, any ideas anyone?
Thanks.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
