Just had the gas board out, there was a hissing sound coming from under the stairs cupboard, that's where my meters are placed, I opened the cupboard door and.........:eek:, it didn't half throw me back. The stench of GAS was awful.

So I rang the emergency number of Swalec (luckily I have a pay plan scheme with them), and they were out before I knew it.
It was the actual regulator, the meter is only about 2 years old, but the regulating pipe is that of years older, they replaced that, and its all done now, they were very good, but no-wonder I have been feeling queasy.

All done now.;)

Thanks Pinknico, :A if it wasn't for me blowing my nose after using the Nasonex I wouldn't have known, as my ears popped as well, so I could also hear more, and no one else even noticed......:eek:, thanks hun XXX

Hi everyone

Well it has taken nearly 2 weeks to get over this cold, spent most of last week in bed.

I have lived in my jarmmies and today decided to get dressed and go to the shops for some fresh air.

I put my jeans on and thought god these are loose so I jumped on the scales and I have lost nearly a stone in weight. No wonder I feel so week as I am only a size 10 to start with. Luckily my appetite is coming back so hopefully I will put some weight back on.

Hope you are on the mend showergirl, sounds like the same as me, antibiotics have kicked in to relieve the sinuses, but nothing will touch this coldy feeling.
But I am not so tired today and have made dinner.

Blimey this have taken its toll on you haven't it?

I was a size 10-12 and now can just about fit in size 8, hubby is moaning at me......:o, he thinks I look like a rake again, but you know what its like, when your feeling down you lose your appetite and do not realise the weight loss until getting some clothes on......, hope your okay though now hun and glad you managed to get out for some air.:T

It was a shock to see how much weight I had lost.
