    Bless, thank you for that.;)

Sometimes it just good say what you think, its good to let people know you are thinking of them.;);)

All the more reason to look after yourself, good job you have a good hubby, that always helps to make life easier. Someone to share the stress with or just off load. :D

I just be getting on with my jobs today, before time runs away with me, but its just nice to be able to pop on line and see whats happening.

What time are you going to see your Dad?

So glad he didn't let the side down, He!he!:D:D:T

And thank you, I intend to enjoy my days off. I work hard enough as it is, even though I have no kids and OH to look after.;)

    xx

Leaving shortly, we have to pick up mum as well, I should be back just after 5, as the visiting hours are only until 5, apart from with my dad he is allowed to have one to stay with him, that will be my mum.

Hi amersall doh I never even noticed, hope you enjoy your week off work. It funny I used to go to the gym, and didnt lose an ounce but since walking dog I have lost over two stone, I think a lot of that is stress but the walking is great. I get out with my pup three times a day so a lot of walking. We are lucky living here as we have the beach, forest and woodlands for walking but we get lots of vivtors in the summer so I like the winter best when its quiet and we can get on the beach. :D;)

    Hi Di

Just taking 5 mins from my jobs. Hope the visit went well with your Dad.

Its still dull here and its been that fine rain which I hate, so washing had to come in. What a pain.

    Catch you later hopefully.

This is fab amersal - a week off Hooray.......:T:T, about time you had a break, it's a well deserved one. Enjoy XX

Just arrived back home now, awe bless dad, he was waiting about by the nurses station waiting for us, they did say just before we arrived there, he went to open the exit doors and he set the alarms off....:o, bless him, he was wondering why some of the nurses were running towards him lol.
And I was actually talking to a nurse that I used to work with years ago, this was when I worked for the NHS "once upon a time" lol, she have been so good to my dad........and normally she works on another ward but as they were short staffed again she will be doing a shift or 2 on this one, keep me happy.....:T:j:j.

Dad was fine though, he stuffed all his pears in juice we taken down for him, that's is fave fruit...or at least one of his faves, then a downed a fruit drink, he was well happy.;)XXX
