Sorry Di should have asked about your Dad hope you get good news from your mum, and you strt to feel better. xxxx
Hi Di, not to worry, you have loads on your mind.:A;)XXX
Dad calm again today and this evening, his BP was low but better to be that than high I think, but will explain his tiredness, although I think they are trying him on new meds as well.
Thanks for asking XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Yes your right Marshallka, it's getting to that stage now, can't think straight and so, the waiting and the keeping on, like you said it will be better once they have sorted this out for the right hospital and environment etc, thank you.:A;)
My sister Deb said that he was actually talking logically today, some things have come to my mind and wondering if he is also suffering with some post traumatic stress, which have not helped, he have been through so much as from a young lad, but things I cannot actually say on here either as there is more to it, but they say people with dementia love talking about their younger times, but with dad with what he says is what he can remember was not nice times, sad really.
But like you said, he will eventually settle down and things should start looking up again soon, fingers crossed XXXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Low BP can make you dizzy but also it can be through dehydration so make sure your dad is drinking lots.0 -

It was the week before our hols and she had told me quite a few times so I did her BP. It was really low (and yet hypertension runs in our family like yours too). Anyway they asked her to go down the docs and they did her BP and it was low. They sent her for blood tests (came back fine) but have said she has to sit on the edge of the bed before rising. The doc said lots of young ladies (she is 13 next month) get it with hormones.

Awe bless your daughter, being so young to go through all this, but now you can rest now that they have checked her out, good one.;)
Yes your right and was thinking the same, sometimes dad does need to be reminded to drink more fluids, I will make a point of telling the family the same on every visit, good thinking Marshallka, cheers again.;)
Hope your daughter is okay now too XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
