Just rang mum and she said dad fell asleep before she left, but today he was asking why on earth he was there and why for so long, so he is starting to realise things, in a way I say that is good.;)XX

Thats good Di:T:T it sounds like your dad is improving. I am so pleased for you hun. Had my xfactor fix and now I am stuffing my face with a big bag of maltesers, whisky and ross kemp on teely what more can a girl want lol:D

Anyone still awake......

Had a long hot soak in a lavender bath, some cocoa and cannot settle....:o, so wondered if anyone were here that would like to chat?

It is rather late, so don't expect anyone to be as daft as me still posting on here now at this time lol.......:o:D.

Anyway, hope you all had a good day, weather was not too bad here today apart from the breeze, I can cope with that though.;)XXXX

Hi Di I am still awake, at my friends house, I have been babysittingg.

I tried to send a reply about 10 minutes ago and I pressed something and lost it, don't know where that went!!!

Good result for united but not Arsenal:j I bet your son was pleased. How did he get on today?
I have been a busy bee, typed up 5 letters to get more money back. Another PPI, bank charges and cc charges. I have the bug so here goes.

I hope you dont mind me saying, but I hope your Dad will be alright, its good to have a big family and so dont forget to take time out for you. You don't want to burn out otherwise you won't be good to anyone.

Sorry I missed you last night....:o.

Have not seen much of Jamie, think they won 2-1 something like that, and oh yes I know he is chuffed with the Man Utd and Arsenal result, his best mate is an Arsenal fan and they watched the match together lol....:D:T.

Thank you for your lovely words.....:A, yes I have felt a little run down to be honest, I'm sure it will all work out in the end, it can be very tiring, as it will be coming up 4 weeks this week that he went into hospital, but he is actually showing some good signs.

Hi Max, weather pretty grey here today, I hear tomorrow for Bank Holiday Monday supposed to be good, so fingers crossed.
Hubby taking Dan fishing tomorrow so I can try to get on here.
Seeing dad later this afternoon, and my sisters will go tomorrow, we all love to see him, but have to share the visiting.

So glad you didn't mind me saying something, I have been reading the posts and me being me I just wanted to say something, your so kind and supportive to all on this site.:A

It can all be so stressful and sometimes you just need reminding that you need to look after yourself too. I get it all the time. I have a big family and when things are tough its good to spread it around a little, but we still forget to look after ourselves and thing we can go on and on like duracell batteries:o Not good.

It must be even harder when you have a family to look after too.

Grey and dull here, I too hope the weather picks up, I have another two days off and it just wouldn't do.:rolleyes:

Catch up with you soon.

Yes your right, I am also back and forth the GP myself, mainly for high BP and have regular ECG's, this is procedure to them though to do this because of my strong family history.;)
I'm just tired more than anything at the moment, finding it hard to settle, even my hubby helping out with my youngest who has sleeping issues but he has special needs, it will all soon fall into place - eventually.;)
