Hi Dialysis, frusrating isnt it, just want some one to say in however many weeks your cheque will be on its way, thats not too much to ask surely. I mean all they are really doing is what all the other companies have been doing that have mis sold PPI and they have 8 weeks to resolve complaints not 6 months!!

Thanks for asking Pinknico, my complaint still has "hope", they said another 3 months maximum so hopefully will be before Christmas we should know if it actually is a complaint they can deal with. I have been told at the end of July that it would now go quiet for a while whilst they do their bit so just a waiting game. Its been a waiting game for long time now though:eek:. Just have to pray its worth this wait.

marshallka we are doing the waiting game we should allbe experts at it now. I have so many feelings to deal with, frustration, anger, stress, and I am getting really fed up now. How long is all this going to take I dont think I can stand it until jan 2010. You are right Pinknico if they would just give us a hint on when the cheques will come. i am trying to be patient but.....:mad: as we all are

All good things come to those that wait don't they... I just hope its quick for you dialysis. I hope it saves your home. Don't think yours will be until Jan 2010 either. You need it now.
