Windows Update Problem

I downloaded today's Windows Updates - 8 of them - but two did not install, KB956572 and KB959426. It went through the usual download - verify - install steps, but at the end those two just had the word "failed" beside them. After the required reboot the two updates were offered again, but again failed. Should I be…
