Honestly this is one of the things that made me get up this morning. NO PRESSURE SA. But she has usually posted by now.

Will we be banned for stalking her even before she has set her diary up????:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I miss the chocolate factory so much, and hearing about how she buys lovely things for her house, and of course, MR T.

I love the tales about Brian and your life in the country Wordsmith:D

I had to go to the docs this morning for a surgical procedure - I yelped a fair bit when the needle was poked in and waggled about:eek: but the lump was excised and my lovely doctor got the black thread out and stitched it, all the time telling me how he got a badge at Cubs for sewing and how his mother had to sew it on for him:rotfl: Needless to say he has done quite a good job and even removed one stitch before redoing it. To recuperate, I nipped into Sainsbury's and treated myself to a cup of hot chocolate which was bleurghhh and a slice of homemade Victoria sponge which tasted of nothing, even the jam was tasteless:(

Had to go to work today and spent time reconciling bank accounts and I managed to pick up a possible venue because a chap from a theatre was in the office - I could be taking them in a new direction:rotfl: I also had some fab news, the hotel I went to yesterday have agreed to let me hold my networking events there and are charging me £7 (I charge out at £10) for breakfast which is bargainous because they normally charge around £14:eek: They are also going to invite people along to help me put bums on seats. The business development manager is ace because he is the one opening doors for me that otherwise would be firmly slammed in my face:j

I need to get up at an ungodly hour tomorrow to go networking - I shall be taking some leaflets that I will be printing off tonight, anything to promote my new venture:rotfl:

S'pose I had better go and find something to eat - I am starving. Didnt SA say that she was going to start her diary today..or was that a figment of my imagination?

    Hello Horace,

Gosh what an exciting day you have had. I have tidied a drawer (took ages), done some marking, cooking, washing and realised i have so much marking to do i will not be able to go out for the rest of the week except for a meal tomorrrow night. Still i am moneysaving i suppose!!!!

I hope you are resting and being kind to yourself after surgery stuff. Sounds painful. Poor you.

I am looking forward to the new diary v much. I hope SA is ok today.

Just popping in to say I'm very glad SA is back to diarying and ... some children have just brought in a tiny kitten, which I said I would pass on to the cat rescue lady, but when I phoned her, she said there's no room at the inn and could I look after the kitten for tonight. Nooooo. A cat is for life, not just one night. What am I going to do?

I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.
