Has anyone else had a "problem" with the new Garnier one....... my printer won't stop printing them...all with individual PIN numbers.....just checked the first 5 against the safe coupons site...and they all say
:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
The coupon bearing this code must read as follows:
Summary:£1.00 OFF
Description:your next purchase of any of the Garnier HerbaShine range
EAN 13 Code:9913831681007
Expiry Date: This offer must be used by 8/5/2009
Timestamp:24/4/2009

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
I'm going to run out of paper!
edit:
It must have been some kind of "coupon Karma"......
Now for the tricky moral question, should I post them all back to Garnier, since it was obviously a glitch?:rotfl:
Or just bin them.........or leave them lying around in the toiletries aisle, and hope no-one abuses them?;)
What an ACE fluke. Once in a MOC lifetime event. I managed to get 1, even the no it didn't print click came back with the offer limit reached. Nice one :T0 -
My local hasn't taken newspaper or magazine coupons without buying the newspaper/mag for ages...it is apparently something to do with the way they are claimed back locally, instead of centrally. Hopefully, this won't start affecting everyone nowStrange one.........
Just back from my morning shop at t and paid as usual with coupons, but the 1.50 ok mag moc was rejected!! in date etc. anyways just wanted to know if anybody else has a prob with this one today/suggestions.
I will try it again tonite on a different shop.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
see Markz had same prob!!!!!!!!!
It's nice to be nice .....

Hi BlueWkdI know It is a bit of work, but now that the newspapers seem to have coupons in just about every day I wondered if it would be possible to put on the first page a link to the newspaper summary thread or if it would be ok for one of us to post the link every day? I try to look most days now, but I know I never used to and missed out a lot and newbies might not know to look.
Todays daily express (70p) and Star (30p) have the £1 off ok mag coupon inside. NSS, ok to scan in T's. (Thanks to quoia)
Here's todays link

Because the link changes everyday, I have this link saved, as a bookmark ....I posted it a while back....which does a search for it, and always displays it as one of the top one or two posts, (or usually, since this post will probably now also show up..for today anyway):beer:It's nice to be nice .....

veggiecar, no its not they do not accept mag or paper ones, ok with the telegraph 1.95 and the 2 reggae sauces, so it is specifically the ok mag one.0

Thanks for clarifying that...sorry to alarm, people...Hopefully, it's just a temporary glitch then, and not that they have finally realised they are claiming back for more OK magazines than they have sold;)veggiecar, no its not they do not accept mag or paper ones, ok with the telegraph 1.95 and the 2 reggae sauces, so it is specifically the ok mag one. It's nice to be nice .....

Apparently according to op (hnscott) on the newspaper thread the £1 vouchers out of the papers are not going through either. So it looks like a total block on Ok coupons unless you buy the mag.

my 1,.50 one returned too0

just got back from t's - went in with £7 of coupons and hoping to spend £7/8. As I was fluttering around the flowers (as i tend only to buy the reduced ones), I found some £1 fuscias so bought myself 2 and 1 for mum (reduced from £2 to £1 each). Then saw a plant (also reduced from £3 to 1.55). then.....saw one of the cs ladies handing out leaflets with coupons so managed to get one of those too. Inside were £5 off a £20 shop. (pretty cool considering I get £2 off a £20 shop in my quarterly statement) Cudn't help myself so just carried on shopping (why not stock up) until had some trouble trying to decide what to buy - was spoilt for choice as I had all the essentials already.
Anyway, my lovely sa who I go to regularly just scanned all the coupons and bought a £24 down to £9. The £2 finish coupon scanned fine too.......yippeee.......on wed paid 20p for a £10 shop.....oh i'm loving couponing
Was well chuffed.....had to come on here and share this with all you coupon lovers.............thank you.
p.s its such a buzz when the coupons scan through sooooooooo smoothly. I shall carry on scooponing0 -
