Also got Pampers £4 coupons through post today....registered long long ago......
Happy couponing....:j :j :j :j0 -
OK coupons has definetly been blocked, says "coupon not acceted" on till  At least thanks to other posters I was forwarned, so made sure that I had the £1 garnier ready to replace it with cos limited to 5 coupons per transaction! My glass is half full, so I just think oh well, at least we have got the £2 finish :j I have four of them, so is a shame, feels like I am chucking £6 in bin. I liked the mag and so did the people at local hospital I took all my extra copies to.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Me too, all the mums at school, the doctors surgery and the local psychiatric hospital got all my mags.Shame, but good while it lasted. I am surprised it lasted this long.
I am sure Star Mag will notice a major drop in sales. They will drastically have to reduce the amount they print, feel a bit sorry for them really, they probably have no idea why they have become so successful all of a sudden, and equally will have no idea why things have turned around. Sorry STAR.:oI liked the mag and so did the people at local hospital I took all my extra copies to.“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”:D0 -
Haven't accessed the site for a few days and have just been catching up on all I've missed. What a busy bunch you are. Thanks to everyone for sharing their coupon finds, thank you Lori for keeping the first page updated, and thanks to MM5 and all the regular posters who keep me smiling. Sorry to hear about your laptop Veggiecar - hope all is well otherwise. This thread is such a pleasure to read through. The community seems strengthened since the no chat/chat threads merged and I am soooooooo glad. Happy couponning peeps.

Hi all!! Yep a very disapointing day with my £1.50 "OK" MOC. I just thought I would try it but it wouldn't go through.
I go to Mr T's with my partner and we go our separate ways with coupons and shopping list's in hand and then we meet up at the car when we have finished. I Don't know if this is a little naughty.I have got a wedding to pay for in Cyprus and every penny helps.:D
I will have to go Mr T's that quite a bit further away, but they will take as many coupons you have. The one closer to home will now only take 5 coupons in one transaction, that is because all the fat miserable old trouts thatn keep complaining. Sorry for that little outburst. The old trouts only complain because they have been stopped from using them after a few staff were abusing the coupon policy!
Would it be wrong to go around once, put the shopping in the car and then go and do another shop?
I would hate to get told off, and I am still nervous when I get to the till and hand over my coupons, so I think my face would be very red if they told me off for doing shops.0 -

Well Tilly you have answered your own question really. If you hate to get told off and still get nervous just handing over coupons, then going in twice is asking for trouble.
It would be fine if you were just a normal shopper, coming back in to spend more - but not for a couponer coming back in to 'coupon-spend' more. Believe me, this was stated as a complete no-no when I first discussed the coupon policy with Till Managers at both my local stores 2 or 3 years ago. They even threw a hissy fit when I split my shopping at the conveyor once so my sons could also buy a DVD with 'their' coupons (a duplicate batch of mine...).
You could get away with going back in for a while - but one day your behaviour would be noticed by Security who may at first mistake your unusual shopping habits as those of a potential thief. Then you'd be watched closely, your duplicate coupon batch denied and you'd probably find yourself face to face with a Duty Manager.
Not to be recommended for the faint hearted. Stick with the separate shops for you and OH (with different clubcard accounts) but be careful about meeting up again too soon in the car park - or walking towards the store together. That could get spotted as well if you have a particularly niggly store...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We might be going to the same shop - the one that accept unlimited coupons provided it is not internet coupons. & the branch that only accept 5.
Would it be wrong to go around once, put the shopping in the car and then go and do another shop?
The answer is yes, they watch u like a hawk! you have to be careful @ the branch that accept 5 coupons there is an old trout her name starts with 'T' (mid 50's - shoulder lenght hair) & most of the time she is serving @ the first counter in the morning & some afternoons, she watch everybody passes by like a hawk!.

You are better off doing your shopping with your other half. There is nothing wrong with that. Just make sure u go separate way.
 Star, New magazines - I thing for sure I wont be rushing to buy the magazine anymore. Like everybody said - its a shame, as I took all the magazines to hospital for others to read too.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
I disagree about not going in twice. I don't see what difference it is for somebody going to the shop twice in one day per week or so to somebody going in every day. They would probably use less coupons. I have the 5 coupons only policy, but if I go in more than once in a day (I go virtually every day) the 5 I give on the second visit are usually different to the 5 on the 1st visit and it is usually hours later, but if I have gone over 40 miles to a big T's who's coupon policy is we take all sometimes and sometimes (only10%) depending on SA and manager on duty I go out to car and then go back in. What does it really matter, they are still claiming back, making money and getting sales
Notice how many items Asda are saying on their advert are cheaper than Tesco's, thousands. By the way I use T Express and their prices are lots higher than the Tesco itself, so I feel that they are taking advantage of the customers who want variety but can't get to a big supermarket. They must purchase at the same price as the big stores!!! i.e. I got some teabags half the price in big T's to what they are in my Tesco Exress (over £2 difference)!!
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

You'll learn when you get a Duty Manager breathing down your neck! I am warning peeps not to visit twice in one day because I know stores consider this to be coupon abuse, simple as.
Wasn't it also you the other day who asked if the GQ magazine moc (clearly marked for use in Sainsburys, Waitrose etc) scanned in Tesco?!
No offence...but 'tut tut'...:pPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

no it wasn't me who asked if it scanned in Tesco as far as I know
(the only reason I would have if you've found I have is if I didn't notice it said store specific). I do stick to the rules of only in date, never photocopied and don't try either another stores one or using Tesco one when not buying product. Also if they won't scan I do'nt ask em to put code in I just say oh well ok.
p.s. Just looked back and I did ask, but this was because it said accepted at sainsburys, waitrose and voucher accepting independant stores. It was the voucher accepting independant stores part that was the reason I askedBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
