So would I, but you can only decide if the benefits are "rightfully theirs" by examining the situation at regular intervals.
Their is a difference between examining and making people jump through hoops with the purpose of putting people off claiming.
Its a sad state of affairs when if you are nicely dressed or you can walk into a exaiming room in under so many seconds it counts against you.

I personally think they should concentrate on getting JSA claimants into work. If they want to cut back on spending on benefits as these ppl are capable to work
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

Just caught sight of all the above. Thanks for the supportive comments. I do appreciate these. My own experience of the System hasn't been the best and, I see from here, that I'm not alone in this experience. As someone said, I am best putting my efforts into fighting my disease - which I'm ready to do.

Thanks to this Heinous Draconian corrupt government, the application procedure for disability benefits is the most stringent in Europe

Perhaps you could give us some examples? The mainland European countries I'm familiar with are far stricter than the UK with many of them not offering disability benefits unless the claimant has paid into the system for a certain number of years. In many countries, claiming disability benefits for depression or stress would be unheard of.

I'm reminded of that scene in Monty Pythons 'The holy Grail' where they shout 'Run away, Run away' and, also, a militarist who defended such a practice by saying 'We didnt run away - we strategically retreated'.

blabby2, if you have the knowledge at your fingertips then please treat us to it, I am more than interested to see how the Polish (Not picking on them - just an example) treat those who are unable to work in their country.

I'm not sure that they would have the same amount of people who will get free dental treatment, prescriptions, help with mortgage, reduced health costs, housing costs etc.

Its a generous system here and the people that are shameful are the people who abuse it for everything they can get - some just as heinous as the MP's.

I have done the appropriate research to reply to you however i've done some research on this forum about you and from what i have gleaned i certainly won't be responding to you anymore or any of the other users who consistently come to your defence even when you are so very wrong.

I take it that that is code for, "I do not have the information and cannot answer you because I am talking complete rubbish".

As you are so good at research, google troll and have a good long think about what you are saying.

Some politicians do say we have the toughest qualifying critera in the Eu,...i suppose it depends on what criteria you use.
One thing for certain, We do have a long and poorly written application forms....But the real saving grace in the UK is that .....WE HAVE THE RIGHT OF APPEAL.
