    I don't wish to troll, but does anyone else think that these are a complete no-go at £25k? I can understand they are desirable to some, but the build quality of Ford vehicles means that I wouldn't break into that much for one when I could for example get an 08 plate Porsche for the same price. I was expecting £22k at most.

    difference is though a normal everyday guy on an every day wage could afford to run the focus,they couldnt always afford to run porsche. ( im guessing it would be a boxster?) keep the porsche, i'll have the rs every day of the week.

    Well the RS is 0.3s quicker than the VXR in a straight line.. Not much in it really :j Except a saving of £9k :money:

    Agree totally with Goldie. Porsches have horrendous post warranty costs and aren't as reliable as you think.

    just wait to see the resale on the focus though, it will hold its money very well for a long time.
    i remember the last focus rs it took about a year before you could find one for less than original sale price,and not much off it too.

    No, but a friend has a video of one on his mobile parked up on a road with 09 plates on it. In the white colour. Looks, as they say on car forums, 'mint'. :D
