I really would look into the e5200, the performance won't be much different and it costs £40 less. Plus with the board you are planning yo could do a very small overclock to 3ghz and match the performance.
The 4670 is a great card, I bought one for a PC a built as a budget card and it performed a lot better than expected.
I don't mean to be an echo, but do you r really wany a 250Gb Hard drive, not much more will get you a 500Gb one which is much better value.
You may aswell get vista form ebuyer and save a few £.
Do you plan to upgrade later? it just seems your case and specs are out of sync. Nothing wrong with it, just a big cooling case and nothing which really needs that kind of cooling.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

I can only echo percy1983 as I have e5200 and 4670- bit cheaper at novatech- in an old beige case with no sides on ,easier to mess with, and a cheap 500w power supply.
Maybe ASUS P5QL will give you same chipset and an extra pci slot for future use.0
