Not on my list of 'not buys' but very nearly bought some Birkenstocks from QVC yesterday.... I only have three pairs already! They had lots of lovely shoes on there and I was seriously tempted!
From a toiletries point of view, I am still a way from finishing anything :o

Same here, felt a bit tempted myself and I have 3 pairs of birkis including a pair I haven't worn yet! Held on to the temptation and managed not to give in!

Another good week for me not buying food at work. Realised that having an empty purse helps!!! Sometimes in the past I have taken my own stuff in, then gone to the shop/supermarket anyway and come out £2-3 lighter.

I thought I had a lot of toiletries until I read some of your lists - hope you are all enjoying rummaging through your home shops.

You must have everlasting products like me:rotfl: When I look at other peoples lists I'm so envious. I know I'll never use up that amount of stuff:eek: But at least we are running the stockplies down, even if it is at a snails pace;)

I bought a mascara from Prescriptives the other day as I am about to run out of my current one and yet I feel I let myself down by doing this. It came in a little kit with an eye pencil and sm eye make up remover and lg mascara (and yes from QVC :o) Wasn't too bad a price and it arrived today in record time.

It's arrival has reminded me how I feel I have let myself down by doing this. What is it I fel down about? Not buying the mascara as I need one (for a change!), must be buying it from QVC that I am upset about. instead of buying a cheapish one Collct*on 2*** or N*mber 17 I caved in amd bought an expensive one when I told myself I wouldn't do this

3 steps forward and 1 step back, keep on going in the right direction

Fedup don't beat yourself up. You waited until you needed a mascara before purchasing. To me that is a mega achievement and shows how far you have come:T Everyone on here is in the same boat and we have all come on in leaps and bounds. At least you aren't going 1 step forward and 3 back:beer: It's a learning curve for all of us;)

I think I do! They are all conspiring against me... the ones I like are gone in no time, and the ones I don't like, not matter how much I use, just keep going on and on and on :o

I know the feeling about everlasting products. It did make me think that actually I have no really idea about quanitities and how long things will last. I get to about 1/4 left of anything and I am ready to buy the next. The product usually outlasts my estimates by weeks! Take my 100ml Cleanse and Polish - it's been nearly finished for a month. I clearly don't use as much as I think I do! I have at least 3 more facial washes!

Hi everyone. I hope you're all well. My stockpile is going down soooo slowly. But at least it's not growing. Well, I think my mascaras may be reproducing in my drawer! I love it when something runs out, although I've noticed that somethings go on FOREVER!

I fell off the wagon a bit yesterday. I resisted a half-price offer in Tesco's yesterday on those MASSIVE bottles of Tresemme. Then I went to M&S to buy a present for my dad. I decided to buy some of those lovely cheap t-shirts (with some ebay earnings, so allowed) for a weekend away in Rome. I'd picked my four out, then wandered into the Autograph section. Danger! Danger! I picked up a top (£19.99) which I decided I had to have. I'm only using cash at the moment so I didn't have enough so I put the cheap basic ones back. So instead of having four lovely plain t-shirts, I now have one slightly fancy top. I've decided the colour is not that great for me (although would be if half price) so I'm taking it back! There, I've said it! I'm planning to have a No Spend Day today though so I can't even go and buy the other ones. Although, technically, it won't be real spending, so maybe!

Keep up the good work everybody!
