Hi everyone was wondering if i could join in the challenge? If its too late i'll just keep with the thread and join the next time round.
I have so much stuff kicking about its unreal, it never seems to go down no matter how much i use .
Still i don't know how you all do it, best all of luck to all.

If its okay please could you put me down for no more bubble bath, cakes, biscuits (only home made), moisturiser, perfume or make up. thanks .
  • Just wanted to say how chuffed I am today!

I have fitted my skincare stash into one drawer for the first time in ages with space in there too! :j:j:j:j

Still have 10 sealed pots of moisturiser plus lots of travel sizes :o So getting there slowly but surely at long last!

Whoo hooo woo hoo woo hoo! :j:j

Well done fedup, thats brilliant! How good does that feel!?!

Hiya Kezlou, its not too late to join at all.... most of us are on about day 63ish (please someone correct me!) so you can join us for the rest of the challenge, then re-start with us for the next 100 days when the time comes :) Good luck

  • Forgive me challengers for I have sinned, its been a while since my last confession!
I went to Wilko this morning as OH wants a Ped Egg (nice!) and his hair gel was on bogof..... so I bought 8 :o

But in my defence, he does use a lot of it! And I saved £11+ by buying them..... ok, rubbish defence!:p

I don't think that's a rubbish defence at all! When CW was on 75% off in Wilkos ages ago I bought a ton of the stuff and I am super slowly using it up so I now have hair styling products to last 12mth+.

My defence was the price compared to buying in boots even when on offer was saving over £100+ I seem to think.

It's fine so long as it is for him! :p Sometime we need to stock up a bit due to price but it is leaving it there that's the problem and not buying anymore when we have stocks (hello 9 pots of moisturiser anyone??? :o)

PS I am well chuffed! I have an empy bedside cabinet drawer for the first time in ages! I am amazed by this, all due doing this challenge, even tho' I have soooo much moisturiser I have some space back at last! No more beauty products squirrelled away all over the place where there is a bit of space :j

If I can do it, anyone can do it as I was that bad really.

Just need to use those hair products up now........

Well another pack of Gatineau eye compresses on tonight, will get through the other 10 packs if it is the last thing I do!

As I am off work for a week I have decided to have 4 exfoliations and face masks next week to rehydrate my skin and use up some of the exfoliators. Hoping to use up the small size of elemis papaya exfoliator and moisturising cream mask.

I have so many face masks and exfoliators it's untrue, I think they're breeding! Can't wait until use a few more up and then it looks a bit less weird with all that stuff!

Thought about giving my pregnant friend a large L'Occitane Shower Cream (milk or extra sensitive) and a Shea Butter Milk Soap and Bonne Mere Soap for a leaving present for something she could use her self and on the little baba when he arrives. Hope she likes this and it is suitable!

  • That sounds lovely fedup! I'm sure they will be fine.... I know the L'Occitane presenter who does QVC is pg and she still uses most of it (not that I pay attention! :o )

    Evening all,

I also have a confession! After not being near a shop for ages, I looked in Oasis today as they had a sale on and bought a gorgeous dress, it was £35 but was reduced from £75 (which I would never have paid)! It's for holidays and only have about 4 (cheap Matalano ones) vest tops to buy.

On the plus side, I have used up a toothpaste - on another negative side I added to my stash by ahem acquiring shampoo/conditioner and body wash from the hotel I stayed in last night (for hols, honest)!!

    Well done everyone else xx

thanks sarah for welcoming me x , so if i write 1 (as in today) / 37 would that be okay?
I must admit when the nivea sensitive shaving gel is on offer in boots or elsewhere i tend to stock up. Its normally nearly £3 a tin so its worth it for me to stock up for him. Expensive i know but its only one he's not allergic too.

fedupandskint:- what a lovely idea giving them to your friend.

Been looking through my stuff think i'm going to make a pack for my little brothers birthday of all the male grooming products i have previously bought. there's absolutely loads :o

    Used up some more today

Decleor Hydra Floral Moisturiser - 50ml (approx 5-6mths to use up)
Decleor Aromessence Excellence Ultra Regenerating Serum - 5ml (now that was nice, if only I could get it a lower price than what the full size costs!)

Next moisturiser is Gatineau Active Eclat 30ml, lets see what this is like, I've had it since Nov 08. Then it is onto the 2 open pots to use up afterwards.

The Gatineau pack was the last one I made before my 100 day challenge LBM. It is with a funny feeling with which I look at the pot because I knew I shouldn't have bought it and did so anyway, I'll be glad to see the back of this particular reminder.

    Hi

Finally finished the tube of Cleanse and Polish that was in the bathroom and a small tube of moisturiser.

I do have to admit to buying toilteries but they are all things I had run out of and were also on offer so have little stockpiles (i.e. one extra in addition to the one I am using).

I also had a bar of chocolate on Thursday - I was getting stressed and 'needed' it. I did enjoy it but I am very conscious that my sugar addiction probably hasn't been fully addressed! I have found ways around the lack of chocolate recently.

Well done everyone on reducing the stockpiles. I am driven to use up some of my exfoliators and masks too - maybe as a treat this evening.

See you at my next confession!

    urg x x
