erm, very senior managerial, weirdly bolted together 3 different areas of work post? I Applied for, not enough people applied, got a letter, would I like to be considered on the re-advert? Thought I wouldn't get any further because it is so mega senior and not in my field of experience?

Interview - 10 June - all day _pale_

45 minute Finance test _pale_
1 hour OPQ test _pale_
Lunch to meet the team and ask Q+A _pale_
2.15pm interview
Prepare a 10 minute presentation on a subject I currently know nothing about _pale_

it's a good salary (for public sector!) It's in the low 30s - but it is a really senior post.....I've just had a go at one of the financial tests and got 76% and then did one of the test OPQ tests.

I shall be spending a fair amount of time reading up on the Childcare Act next week!
