BB - On the "veggi" issue....if you're cooking and he's not contributing his fair share (which lets face it he isn't) then if he doesn't like what's put on the table he can lump it."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
thankyou DD (et al) xxxx
I ordered a 'selection' of swimming costumes yesterday from a variety of places to try on.....although it could be immaterial. I've been checking the 15 day forecast for the last couple of weeks - 27C and bright sunshine each day......
We get there on the 6th
6th - rain
7th- humid with some sun
8th - humid with rain
9th - sun with low cloud
10th - overcast and humid
11th - humid with rain
12th - humid with rain
It rained nearly every day in Spain in March.......I could weep at the forecast...."Stay Wonky":D

also - the £3k from my ISA still hasn't arrived. My account is a bit of a minefield anyway at the moment - salary has gone in, cheque for accommodation in portugal is just about to come out, various CC payments are still coming out so it doesn't really matter, but it is slow arriving!

Scottish Power have reduced my direct debit.......by £1.50 per month........:rotfl:
Oh well, better £1.50 in my pocket than unnecessarily in theirs!
Back to work in a minute. Horrible day, Mondays - admin job until 12, 12.30-4.30 is NVQ job but with 3 hours teacher training in the middle and then I'm teaching tonight so will be sorting ingredients in a minute, packing car and heading off just before 6. Dinner is in the slow cooker. Should be home by 9.20, then shower, wash and dry hair and dinner around 10.
I am not enjoying teaching being added to my working day now - I am really wishing I didn't have to do it"Stay Wonky":D

until Christmas beanie but then more courses will be offered to me, it will be hard to say 'no' until Easter at the very least because of my teaching qual - I need to be observed this term and next term as part of passing it. Part of me says 'get on with it', the other part of me wants to try to choose courses which will be cancelled - but all the courses I teach have gone mad for this term and filled up in super quick speed!
I'm doing 2 nights a week from the second week of November for 5 weeks _pale_ The thing about teaching cookery is that you can't have a sit down for a few minutes whilst teaching - it's constantly up and down - it's really putting on a 'show' from the second the first learner walks in the door until the second the last one leaves.
And on that note........sigh.........see you all tomorrow xx"Stay Wonky":D
