    Morning All

SH they are what I thought then :rotfl: made my first reindeer, just need the decorating bits now as couldn't find any in Metrocentre, DH and boys were getting restless so decided to leave instead of continueing to look, ordered some from Hobbycraft instead and going to order some bells from ebay that I found last night :) Making a reindeer for the AYME member, and going to make a cake and reindeer each for Mum and Sis, maybe one of the pint glasses for Dad and BIL :D I got the bug lol

Well, numbers for end of month (Christ is it here already???) I don't think I need anything before tomorrow so should work out ok :)

GC £185.01/£230.00 :rotfl: and I increased it as thought I was going to overspend again!! lol
    Honeymoon fund £70/£5000
    Pay A Day £0.77
    Moving Budget £0.04

    Debts
    CC1 .................. £1,977.81
    CC2 .................. £871.44
    HFC Sofa ......... £1,009.50
    Overdraft ......... £395.00
    Car Loan ......... £2,934.08
    Littlewoods .... £256.00
    Mum ................ £2,200.00
    Dad .................. £1,500.00
    Total ................. £11,143.83

    Debt at Worst ............... £12,600.55
    Debt at 01/12/2009 ... £11,143.83
Paid Off So Far ............. £1,456.72
Paid Off 11.56% :D Going up again :D

Debt to boss is now finished with :D Next thing to focus on is the overdraft, by my spreadsheet I should be able to sort that one by July, that is including the fact that hopefully with Landlords permission we will start paying at the start of the month, in advance instead of weekly in arrears, which we will hopefully be able to start in May :) Or maybe I should swap them around? Pay off overdraft first then sort out rent? Idea's on that one would be good :)

Have one more payment to college at the beginning of Jan and that is the course paid for :) Then need to put something to one side every month to pay for next level :)

Spoken to DH about putting something away every month for Christmas next year, he is in agreement :) He was talking about how his brother is struggling a bit at the moment as him and his fiance are putting everything into an account where it needs both of them to agree to take anything out so that they can save to buy a house, which was why I mentioned to DH about putting something away every month to cover christmas, going to do £25 a month next year, that way we will have a similar budget to this year, with a little extra on top. Will increase it once CC's are gone :) Looking through my spreadsheets and working odd bits and bobs out, I should be debt free by end of 2011, if I can do it earlier it will be amazing! :D But end of 2011 is the aim for now :) It's only 2 years or 24 months or 104 weeks or 730 days or 17,520 hours or 1,0521,200 minutes away :D

Next to do is SOA then snowball :) will start SOA while boss isn't in :)

LOL a million minutes away then Sal!:D That's really good - bit jealous as mine isn't until December 2012 but all in all it's not *that* long really.

Not sure about overdraft vs. rent dilemma, my brain isn't working properly yet - just starting on the caffeine so maybe in a bit I might have something useful to say!

I managed to put something away for Christmas from September, I was doing £30 a month (which included birthdays but not too many at end of year for us) so have £120 but like you am thinking of how it will be putting something away each month all year. Good that DH understands - I always find it a bit of a relief when they get on board with something.

Snowball says 27 months, but that will be because I said overpaying wasn't ok on the 2 loans as I can't overpay, I'm going to have to put aside an amount each month and keep ringing up for balances to find out when I can pay it off, should hopefully be able to get rid of them all by end of Sept 2011 :)

Morning Jo *hands over a coffee* :)

Originally my debt free date was 2013 when I first started debt busting, so I've managed to knock off 2 years :) Might even get on honeymoon by 2013 lol (If I am very lucky and extremely tight with money!)

I've worked out that on 80p a week I should manage to get to withdrawel limit on once scratch, but thinking I'm going to leave it there as apparantly that free scratchy is ending next year, don't want to withdraw then get up to £9 and they stop it so I can't withdraw it. Other new scratchy withdrawel limit is £5, at £2 at the moment, so won't be long, bit luckier with that one as sometimes get 25p and £1 :D

I haven't really worried about birthdays next year, on the spreadsheet we always have over £100 so there should be enough whenever a birthday comes along.
DH doesn't know what to get me yet, I've given him some idea's but he still doesn't know and is saying he doesn't have any money, he got £30 odd when he worked on Sat, so no idea where that has gone already!! We haven't even been anywhere for him to spend it! So have told him, we'll find something on internet and pay for it that way (I can also get cashback :D) Ordered DH's pressie for my Mum and she'll give me the money when she comes up next weekend :T:j:T:j Mummy and Daddy coming to visit!!!! Wahooo! 11 days and I get to see them!!! :D She couldn't find it so told her I knew where to find it so was easier :)

Well done on knocking 2 years off your DFD that is substantial... Sounds like you are really organised as ever. Glad you are enjoying the mse craft stuff too - that kept me sane last year and actually people really appreciated the effort!

I think my 'decorations' arrived yesterday but were too big for letter box  was only pipe cleaners, pom poms and sticky eyes lol so DH said he'd pick them up this morning, but told him not to open it as it might also be his Xmas pressie from my Mum and Dad as I've ordered and paid for it as she couldn't find it, but I think that one would fit. My next thing is trying to find someone who does the cellophane bags to make Mums and Sis' look extra special, any idea's SH?

Sidles in looking rather guilty, oops, never got round to posting last week :o

RE, the reindeer, I bought a box from Post Office and I'd saved the little annoying bits sent with PC to keep it from moving around, checked the AYME forum last night and apparantly she loved it! :j

Life is rather hectic at the moment, the restaurant is keeping me busy busy busy!!!

Mum and Dad came up at the weekend :T:j Took Dad out Friday night as it was his birthday, brought him to work and we had a lovely meal! Sat Mum taught me how to make lasagne, and even have 3 'portions' left so frozen and will make a few meals out of it :D Still cant eat tomato or cheese so made them into small portions so they don't upset tummy too much :) Took Mum and Dad to Makro on Sunday as she is running out of fairy tablets, Dad bought a box last time he was up in June I think and she is now running out!!! Sis and BIL have now moved back in with M&D as their house has finally sold! :D So moved in with M&D for the time being to save up a large enough deposit for a bigger house, they put an offer in on one but it was too low apparantly so didn't get accepted. So Mum will have a lot more washing to do! Sis is a Dental Nurse so uniform has to be washed daily.
Put up the tree Sunday night :) With Mum :D And found Angel up it this morning!!! :rotfl:
But they went home yesterday so feeling a bit low :(

I am flagging in my flying, started to do the washing and set it to tumble straight after as weather is cr*p and trying to do it all at night and while at work so no-one to put it out even if weather was good!

Finances are still working out ok, even with Christmas round the corner! Need to get the cats their boosters as going into cattery for the week we are away, costing £25 each  putting one on each CC, doing ok with them at the moment so will put them on there instead.

We have 2 weeks off so we are having one week with M&D, and 1 week at home, spend some time together alone which we don't get to do very often as work through the week and have the boys on weekends so only time we really get is evenings during week and after boys go to bed and on both I am too tired to do anything but fall asleep! I also have a week in March booked off as Sis has got me something as a joint Xmas/Brithday pressie and it's a night out, where and what to I have no idea!!! But will be taking my sticks as no doubt I will be tired as it's in the evening/night time! I am still being good and haven't looked on internet to find out what is going on that day as I know which day we are going and resisting every temptation to find out! lol Cant wait :D

Umm not much else has happened recently, looking forward to my 3 day weekend next week as we get Christmas Day off :D DH is home for Christmas but away for New Year and I can't go with him as couldn't get time off from Restaurant :( First new year without him :o

If I don't get on before next week

    MERRY CHRISTMAS
to all who read/post on my diary xxxxx
