Just dashing on whilst baby asleep. Great OH is with you for Christmas (shame about New Year though.)

Glad money stuff is going okay - I'm pleasantly surprised too that this is the first Christmas I can remember where I'm not fretting over how much I've spent or panicking over last-minute buys. Good isn't it? :D

    Hello Everyone

Sorry wasn't able to get on over Christmas, unfortunately I don't think I've had a worse one healthwise! Thanks to a colleague at work who wanted to 'share' her cold around with everyone, I of course caught it with my low immune system, which unfortunately set off my asthma on boxing day and involved an ambulance with 2 paramaedics and 2 UCT nurses!!!! She will definitely be getting told what she can do with her cold next time I see her! Sent ambulance out as was experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain  spent 2 hours on Skype with family Christmas morning while we all opened our Christmas pressies, found out what my 'suprise' Xmas/Birthday from Sis and BIL is,
I'M GOING TO SEE PETER ANDRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j I have loved that man since I was little!!! And we are only 14 rows from the front so I get a damn good view without a crick in me neck too!!! :D Brought tears of joy to my eyes, I just wish I could of been there to of hugged sis to death for it :D Will give her massive hug when I get down there this weekend!! :D BIL mentioned he had to 'waste' 45 mins getting the tickets so thanked him massively for those 45 mins :D

Was finally able to play my new game, and found out that Zavvi had sent the American disc and it wouldn't work!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad: Was not a happy bunny!!! And their customer service office doesn't open till tomorrow so will be ringing tomorrow and demanding a full refund! Advertised on UK website, in GBP, didn't advertise that you would need the american Sims 3 disc! So was very disappointed about that, but DH went to Tesco on Boxing Day after ambulance and nurses had been and got me it :) Played on it yesterday while snuggled under my duvet :D

Got a Christmas card and £50 from boss  very suprised with that but very grateful also :) Going towards my little shopping trip with Mum and Sis while I am down there :) Need to remember my sticks but they are always in DH's car anyway so shouldn't have to worry about it too much :) Get my second Xmas when I get down there, with my Xmas trifle too :D miss Mum's trifle as always have a portion of that AND Xmas pud :D hehe I love her trifle and Xmas pud :D

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and got all if not most of what they asked =D xxx

Boxing Day sounds pretty scary, hope you're feeling better now. And good old DH for sorting the game out!

Very good present :) I would still be screaming/bouncing around now if I had the energy/voice :D Makes her giggle whenever I give a little 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' down the phone to her :D hehe I still cant believe it and have to keep checking the ticket to make sure I'm not dreaming!! lol I never paid much attention to all the hype about him and Jordan as I love his music, and no plastic barbie doll was going to put me off that! Now need to make sure I have a little money saved up for that so I can purchase a little merchandise (at least 1 of everything :rotfl:)

Still got annoying cough and asked Sis to ask our masseuse if she can do soft massage on front of chest as still having some pain/ache there, as well as my whole back because of this bloody cough!! And if she has any space anywhere next week, she has magic fingers, I've been to other people before but they don't seem to work as well as the one we all go to, but then she has been helping us for a few years now :D she probably knows our bodies better than we do lol

Also considering a haircut while I'm down there, getting fed up with the norm now and want something new and (cant believe I'm saying this part) shorter

Spoken to Zavvi this morning, lady even had the cheek to mention that 'You do know this is just an expansion pack and you need the first game to play it' Durrrr I've been playing Sims since I was 15!!!! I'm now 24 lol She mentioned a replacement but I said that hubby had gone out to buy it on boxing day so asked for a refund, told me to send it back with a cover letter and state I wanted a refund, so little job for today :D

3 more days of work then on holiday for 2 weeks!!! :j A well earned and deserved holiday too I think!! lol

DH goes away tomorrow till Sat :( Not looking forward to being on my own again but it's only a couple of days then we have each other for 2 weeks (Better find the lawyer now ;) lol) But, 10 days after we go back to work he is then off to Austria again, I hate those tours as we cant talk as much with him being in another country :(

Better go do some work I suppose lol xxx

Hello Everyone from lovely [STRIKE]Sunny[/STRIKE] ahem, I mean snowy Cornwall.

I come 450 miles, to get away from the stuff, and it follows me here!!!! :rotfl:
The drive down was ok, dropped kittys off at Cattery, had to walk some of the way as the car couldn't get up there, imagine little me, 2 cats in seperate boxes, carrying the blanket with the water fountain in and my handbag!!! I was a right sight for anyone who happened to look out their windows! Rang them later in the day and they both settled ok and were sleeping :)
There were accidents every 200yds on the M1! All because no-one was paying attention to the weather or traffic signs! Muppets!
Got to Mums and she had a lamb roast ready for me :D Yum Yum
Plan to watch Twilight tomorrow on movie channels, hopefully Sis will be lucky and not be able to go into work tomorrow and we can have a DVD/film day :D Watching Twilight tomorrow and hopefully going to see New Moon in cinema, but unsure about the weather, good job we brought DH's car as it has 4 wheel drive :D

Got my hair cut today :D Nice and short, different but it helps with energy levels and looks better as everyone tells me so I'm happy with that :D I think it looks ok too :D

Bank is still looking ok, keeping spreadsheet up to date, still haven't received anything from Zavvi after sending the game back, will give them till end of this week and if nothing received will be ringing them again! I had some money left over from Christmas so added that to the total of what I can spend if we manage to go shopping, I have £125 :D Although £8 is taken already unless I can find the books cheaper somewhere else :)

I hope your all ok and haven't had too many issues with all the snow, be going home on Saturday night so probably wont be on properly till next week, another week off but spending that week at home with DH :D

Take care in the snow all xxx

    Morning Diary

Sorry I've not been around, struggling with the ME/CFS after my holiday, I just feel empty, body and energy.

Debts still looking ok, trying to stay on top of them but this also seems to be going out the window a little

Will try and be back soon

    Hope everyone is well xx
