Thanks Glowgirl & Feline Princess for your replies!:j
Glowgirl - I was looking at what % it is but I can honestly say I dont know! I hope I haven bought the wrong thing!
I used to use doublewear but but it was in Ecru! Think this is one of the lightest colours that they have! Shows you how fair I am!
With lily lolo I use a mixture of Blondie and In the buff to get the right colour I need. I used to have really bad skin but at moment its fab, the best my skin has ever been, no blemishes or anything but god knows how long that will last :rotfl:
Still have some clinique foundation I got when got back from hol last yr and had a nice tan then so hopefully it will be ok to use when testing out the tan.
Feline Princess - Ill go easy on the face I think! facewipes dont always agree with my skin so ill have to stock up on sensitive ones for the tan test.
I bought a mit ages ago and its never been used, so need to look it out in preperation!
How long does it take to arrive? I ordered last night and hoping that it will be here tomorrow to try out over the wkend. It that maybe wishful thinking?
I must remember to buy bronzer tomrorrow as wel. Ill put it on my shopping list! I have seen something that estee lauder do think its bronze godess liquid? Does anyone have any cheaper alternatives as like the sound of this product?

Hi Kim_35,
I think the tan you have is 10% - I brought some when I first started using siennasol incase the 16% was too dark for every day application.
I expect it will be with you tomorrow, they are very quick!

Well it has arrived and I have applied it! so sitting in on a friday night how sad!
It is still kinda sticky at the moment, scared to put anything on incase the colour guide comes off!
Please tell me it will look better once I have a shower in the morning!! I look kinda funny coloured at the moment lol!
Please someone give me reassurance that I will have a lovely looking golden tan in the morning!!!!:rotfl: Im getting my hair done in the morning and fear I may have to cancel due to a bad tanning session!

Hi Kim_35, yes you will look better after a shower, the key to getting it right is make sure you have no white patches, this means you have missed that bit with the product, streaks and darks patches are OK when you still have the colour guide on, have a light shower in the morning, no/little scrubbing, not too hot and not too much shower gel/soap. I haven't used the product you have but I love the 16% (extreme) and the colour guide hardly comes off at all so I'm guessing you would be ok to put something on:)
Don't worry its only your first time with this product and it is different to all of the non airbrush products you can buy, trust me, you'll soon be putting it on in minutes and layering and going out and about with colour guide still on;) One last thing, I find I get a better long lasting colour if you layer frequently (I do roughly every other day) rather than slap loads on at once - hth - good luck if you find time tomorrow let us know how it went:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
Morning! I did my whole body last night with Celeb Secrets 12% - I am very pleased, a lovely deep colour, and not a single streak! If the siennasol is even better I can't even imagine how good it would look. Thanks for all the advice ladies xx0

Hi everyone, so pleased i came across this thread! i ordered the 16% siennasol from the ebay link, but now am slightly worried it may be too dark? i usually wear st tropez and find 1 coat is fine during working week and 2 coats for nights out on a weekend. will the 16% be alot darker than 2 coats of st tropez? thanks in advance x
p.s is there any pics anywhere of the colour achieved from it?Let the good times roll... :beer:0 -
Well my fella applied the Suntana spray for me at the weekend...I got the coconut one.really nice tan but is starting to fade a bit now so exfoliating and coco buttering to keep it nice.DEBT FREE! Sep '08/£9,800 in Oct '06 :beer:0

Hi husky88, 1 coat of 16% siennasol will be slightly darker than ST but of course this would vary depending on your skin tone, also remember when you put the siennasol on it has a quite a dark colour guide, the colour will be lighter after this has been washed off, when you get used to it you might like 2 layers of product this does make it a bit darker but really gives it a richness, the big benefit I think you will find is the lack of mess compared to ST and don't forget to use the gloves, mitts etc cos its a very different product to ST, if you need anymore help don't hesitate to ask:D
I am loving my Siennasol, I have never used a product that comes off on stuff as little as this one, I have a superb colour and no dryness:TThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
First post on this section -
have just purchased 1000ml of the 16% Siennasol
was very tempted to buy 18% LA tanning
but have just read all the reviews for sen & decided to take plunge
fed up of applying 3-4 different tans to be no where near dark enough! x
Also - does any one know the delivery time on this??Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE Forum Team0 -
