Mind, it doesn't help those of us who have children at home all the time, either because there are littlies or because we home-educate - or both, as in my case - no wonder it's so difficult to keep this place decent! LOL
yeah me too, I have littlest one - asbobay - at home, needless to say she does not make the hosuework any easier LOL In fact I got more done today with the other 3 here to entertain ehr tan I will next week when they are back at school/preschool.
Home educate wow how do you find the energy, I would crack up and I dont think me and DS would be on speaking terms and he's only 5!!!Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

so the rating thing that serena sugested - well I sort of did it today, I felt fine til about 4 oclock and then had a real dip. The older 2 were in the garden, DD2 was asleep in her cot, I was trying to get all the bits and pieces done in time to have a coffee before getting her up. I suddenyl felt really really down. The only thing I could think of was either a drop in blood sugar, or the worry of dinner, I HATE dinnertime, I hate preparing dinner, I hate cooking it, I hate serving it up, I hate clearing up afterwards. If the food wasnt so rubbish and we could afford it I would take them to the likes of McDonalds every night just to avoid the stress. Its all so stressful. They never want to eat, they always mess about and argue, etc etc. How can I stop dreading it every day ? We had a family meeting" and they agreed a list of things they would eat , but they are only 4 and 5, so they dont know how to uphold their end of the bargain. The baby is a nightmare and refuses everything. Not sure where to go from here.
Ooh that was a bit of a rant sorry.
flylady_flower - so glad things are on the up for you. I constantly beat myself up because all my friends seem to have their acts together, they have money to spare, are slim, have family around to help and husbands who do loads at home. I have none of those, My husband is a wonderful wonderful person, fantastic with the kids but the house is just not a priority for him. and I mean to the extent of the garden being safe or a lightbulb being changed. That said we got back from Ikea at 9pm last night both knackered, put the kids to bed and he proceeded to unpack and build a shoe bench we had bought and he said it was because "Iwanted to do something nice for you"I was stunned!!!! Anyway tangenting. I do have to remind myself that just because my friends seem to have itsorted deosnt mean they dont have issues and also doesnt mean that every other person on the plent has it sorted LOL

Mooloo - hope you arent feeling as sick
rose - glad you are feeling a bit better today. I hope you are like me in that even when yo convince yourself that people would be better off without youl, that you can seacrh deep within and rationalise that they defintely WOULDNT and they would miss you terribly. I sometimes think it would be better if I wasnt here for the worry, same as you do, but I know my husband would be a mes and of course my children need me.
I went to Asda today with alist and still spent £35 but I did get lots for that, gotta love Smart Price!
I did the band thing last night to get to sleep, clearly cant have done it for ages, I could even compete A :rotfl:
Well done on scraping the rent together almost :beer:Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Tag how do you clean the bathroom light pull? I also have a shaver light with a pull cord which can't be detached. .....
You bleach them. Put some neat bleach on a bit of cotton wool. Wrap it round the cord/pull and leave it for 2 or 3 hours. Should be white when you take it off. Well it was when I saw it on Kim and Aggie the other week.;)0 -
