Hi,
I've washed up after lunch and played lego with DS2 so HHC 1.15-1.45 anyone?
I can't decide whether to tackle my ebay pile or Ds1's room.
I would do HH in both but i don't know how long Ds2 will be happy to play in his room.0 -
HI folks
Sorry I never joined in last night, felt off a bit, and had several 'hot' moments, (no OH was watching telly, nothing to do with him!!) I hate my age, roll on next year or so!!
Hoovered round
Rubbish out
Cleaned bath / toilet/ and shower
Folded up more dry washing ready for ironing.
HI to the newbies
Toots take care, are you sure you are not over doing it??
Chickens~~ my father had 4, next time I visited he had 11, and yes if they get out, and they do somehow, they peck at flowers /seds/ grass/ scratch at anything they can ie grass/ soil / sand etc, and can generally seem to make a mess, you can tell where they have been.
My brother is going to build them a large compound of some sort, my father has 4 acres of garden, so there is no shortage of space!!Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

(b)I like your band thing – you would be good on PopMaster on Radio 2 to do the 3 in 10! You’d be able to name 3 songs by any band in 10 seconds!
(a) change POG for BUG;)
(b) I won that - about ten years ago and I had to name 3 songs and artists - the song had to have the word radio in the title. I won a Baygen wind up radio which broke last year!
DD has gone on a sleepover...she has been back home twice:rolleyes: first for her purse (they're off to the pics courtesy of orange wednesday) and just then for her sleeping bag and overnight bag... why didn't she take everything when she went
Tag how do you clean the bathroom light pull? I also have a shaver light with a pull cord which can't be detached.Looking at today's list (I do the bathroom/toilet on Thursdays) I won't be getting a star for that. I clean my computer desk when I do the hallway because that's where it is.
meant to say, Sarah (but I was being watched so thought it diplomatic not to) that is great news on the Wedding Anniversary card. I knew the death knell had sounded for us when I couldn't find an appropriate WA card for exOH - cos I couldn't buy a loving one...it would not have been right or honest ...
On a flying note washing has been pegged out and almost all of yesterday's ironing away. Things have been dropped into the Charity Shop bag, Bottles taken to glass bank (must hide the evidence and not leave it in the Blue Box for all and sundry (and exH) to spot), unwanted junk mail shredded (name on;)) Plastic taken to plastic bank, paper bill paid, DS decluttered to GFs. I am revving myself up to ebay some stuff...Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Its not ill fitting or tatry, its just more jeans and more coats.... how many coats does am 8 year old need? I said she needed a new waterproof (they live in the Lake District so its easier to get a decent quality/branded one up there) and asked them to get her one. Instead she came home with a hooded cardigan (which will fit her next year as well as its 9-10 so not too bad), 2 pairs of jeans (age 8-9 so will only fit her for a few weeks), a vesttop/tshirt thing but no coat  I ended up going out yesterday to buy her one. This is on top of the clothing they bought her at Christmas after me saying she didn't need anything :rolleyes:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Wednesday - bathroom, study and other grotty places!

The shower curtain is in the wash & the shower head descaling. Haven't managed to peg the washing out yet as it is still raining. Weather forecast said it was going to be nice & sunny from about 10am, hence the loads of washing I've done :mad:
I probably won't get the lawn done now - it'll be too wet, which is a shame as it's green bin day tomorrow.
Sorted some bits out from drawers etc to go. Might go & do my HHI now.
Hope everyone is ok,
cally0
