Hi - hope everyone is having a good day. It's been nice and sunny here. I went tot he cinema this morning (free preview tickets so very MSE!) and have been sorting stuff for work this week. We have no computers / whiteboards / printers, etc to use all week  so I'm having to do more at home ready for tomorrow.

OJK - good to see you back

thrifykatie - welcome back; hope you had a good time

serena - glad the wedding went well

toots - thanks; he is doing ok but seems to have got a cold so has gone to bed

greenbee - hugs; I've been eating rubbish too so am on a mission to be good from tomorrow. I've been really lethargic all week  It's 13 weeks til my birthday, so I AM going to lose at least a stone by then.

shazba - welcome to the little one; hope all are doing well. Does he have a name yet?

Chuck it at him is what I feel like doing! I've already got mince out of the freezer defrosting for tomorrow night's tea - I'm wondering whether to cook that and stick it in with the juices and veg in the SC to make some sort of stew - don't know what that'll turn out like. Nearly £9 for a joint of beef that he'll probably just have a sandwich of now.

    Flylady London Meet
    Saturday 25th April

We will meet upstairs at London Bridge station at approx 12:00. We can get a drink and sit down whilst we wait for people to arrive.

The plan is to then go on a walk (thank you rach :D) round some lovely back streets to the river, and over Tower Bridge to St. Katharine Docks. The walk should take less than an hour.

We will then have lunch / drink / whatever people want in a pub / pizza place at the Docks and can stay there for as long as we want.

Hope that sounds ok for people.

I will be coming into Waterloo station and am happy to chaperone anyone who is not confident on tube lines etc. Just let me know where you want to be met and we will sort something out.

Please PM me if you are interested in coming. Children welcome!

    froddy x

ETA - I am about to PM those of you who have said you are coming to the meet so you have my mobile number. sexymouse, I know you already have it.

If anyone else wants to come, please PM me.

    Thank you

ETA sometimes the thread 'opens' without Thanks buttons but they appear if I refresh. Anybody else spotted this?

ETA - Michelle WTG what a sterling example with those two lists of achievements...
Thanks valli and toots for the high praise indeed. Unfortunately it takes a lot of effort to keep the house looking this cluttered and messy with the kids, the cats and DH. DH is getting loads better though than he has ever been, he is even saying what jobs need doing as well as what i tell him to do. Not always what i would prioritise, but we are getting somewhere some of the time. Sam is also getting easier now he is getting bigger. He is happy to bum shuffle round on the grass after a ball, so i can play with DS1 and 2 while DH gets on.

I had grand visions of how i wanted the house to look before i went back to work and how much school work i should have done, and i'm not there but i am not stressed by it as i know i will.

I might join in the grand declutter next week as well as trying to get at least one star. ;)

After preparing dinner this morning and having the SC on all day, DH has decided that he's not hungry:mad:. So what was the point in me preparing a beef dinner that the kids won't be bothered about anyway?

What else can I do for Friday list? - Alternative Friday List DONE!!!:j:D:j:D:j

Oh well, 4 stars this week. Spent the day outside after a S+S of kitchen and mopping kitchen and bathroom floor, rehoovered the house.

3 lots of washing all dried outside, pottered in the garden not doing that much really apart from getting things all over the place, so have tidied my own mess up! Also scrubbed the patio clean where the dog stained it!

    Still to do

Make chicken stock in SC overnight
Get work bag and clothes and lunch ready for tomorrow - must make sure I take everything I need to stop me going to Mr T's at lunchtime.

The bathroom might just have to wait until this week. I need to make sure I am on the ball to make sure I get the house clean and tidy in time for my holiday. This will be a first for me as usually I leave it as I do and return home to clean it. Quite looking forward to returning to a changed and clean bed and clean and tidy house!

    This weeks list
    Make sure have cake ingredients
    Clean outdoor stuff
    Pack out door things
Get cleaning stuff ready and dry ingredients
    Bake cakes and snacks
    Prepare meals for weekend
    Write lists for hols
    Seed lawn
Plant salad, carrots, tom seeds and basil
    Order Strawberry plants x 32
    Collect garden order
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333
