Cleaning has resumed from last night :D Though my blood pressure is up today so I have to be careful.

    So far

    Junk moved from living room
Stuff moved from top of the stairs
Living room tidied, windows/doors cleaned, dusting all done, dining table cleared
    Kids room S&S

    Still to do

    Clean outside of kitchen cupboards
Clean oven (or just the door and cheat)
    Hoover and mop downstairs
Make a start on party food (though I need to go to asda tomorrow morning)

Having a rest now though, I'm a bit dizzy. Kids are playing at the park and it's a lovely day, keep it up for tomorrow please!

  • Good news, Toots. I am resting a bit, but our bonkers parish council is having a head fit because there are a few dandelions here and there, so will be out trying to weed before they weedkill and it runs off into our well!!

Anyway, once one starts this resting malarkey one never knows when it will end!

Ha ha, always know when you're decluttering the computer Toots, love the emails BTW... :D

Well, I have stripped the twisted willow of the dead leaves - I was given some by a freecycler and it is currently sitting in a vase growing roots - the leaves have now died and are dropping everywhere so I have stripped them off ready to vacuum up...
I have also cleaned the TV, video, ect and put DS's new XBox under there properly (he's just got it for swapping his huge tank for a smaller one for his terrapin and the XBox was thrown in too - wonder what sealed THAT deal then??? :rotfl:
Sorted everything out so nothing where it shouldn't be in the lounge now, except the lap top and invoices sitting in a nice pile ready to be input when I sit down for a bit, pulled all the sofas out and cleaned behind them and on them, and only the windows and floors to go now to finish another room - oh, and just going to strip the cushions to wash the covers as they need a bit of a spruce up...

    Anyone for a HHC 1.45 - 2.15 so I can finish up?

pigpen - definitely try freecycle for the printer... there are loads on ours at the moment (flyladies obviously aren't the only people who have been clearing out over the holidays!)

I'm still rearranging stuff in my utility room... I want to get it sorted out so that I can move more of the kitchen stuff in and get rid of the dresser...
