Tag, I’m about to start R is for Ricochet. I’m just reading them at random, I’m sure it would be better if I read them in order like you!

I don't think it makes much difference TBH. They're all so different. I'm only reading them in order cos I'm a bit weird like that:p:rotfl:

Tag, I dont know how you manage on such little sleep, I would be even more of a wreck than I already am !

Well I haven't been really. I've not slept properly since Xmas. Awful weird dreams and waking 2, 3, 4 times a night. Then last week I seemed to have sort of cracked it and was getting back into a good sleeping pattern. Til last night and the night before. So I dunno  Aunt Flo is due so may be it's hormonal:confused:

mOZzy - Big, big hugs to you.:grouphug: ** kicks Mr mOZzy for not being sympathetic or helpful enough** :naughty: Get well soon and good luck with the viewings.

SSL - Sorry I forgot to PM you. I'll do that in a minute.

kazw - The plants arrived today. Thank you. The lettuce and spring onions are a little worse for wear. But the broad beans are fine.:T
hex - I hope everything went well for you today.

Sorry if I've missed anyone. Hugs etc as appropriate!!

Right just to keep on topic (and to give myself a kick up the backside) I'm off to tidy the kitchen.

mozzy sorry to hear you are feeling unwell, good luck with the viewings tomorrow!
Juliejim, thinking of you and DS, hope the injections etc don't cause too much of a problem for him
Lady Liberty pleased to hear you had a nice day, completely entitled to a wobble in my opinion xx
JillD have no idea, I am on load 7 now!
Tia have you been sneezing on the screen again?
Michelle ((hugs)) hope you feel better soon
mummyof5 sounds terrible, will be thinking of the poor lady hoping she gets well soon x
SarahS my DS2s really tall for his age, annoys me so much that sizes go by 'age' then the age isn't right size for the child. Be much better if they had measurement guided instead of age. He's also in size 6 shoes so guess who gets to pay VAT on an 8 year olds motox boots? Completely unfair as childrens clothing is supposed to be VAT free.
Triker sounds like your DD has learned, make sure the others get the message loud and clear too! I think you should go carbooting too, fling fling fling for cash :)

Done lots of laundry but not much else today. Took DSs out to meet DS2s old best friend, was lovely seeing them play again together, his Mam cried when she seen him bless her. I've done dishwasher load, fed children and moved some unpacking bags around :o which still need emptying.

Contacted the tree surgeon, he's coming tomorrow. Got chipper ordered to get rid of the trees/wood for £70 less than he could sort one :D best email LL to say it's sorted. Going to do more washing and unpacking tonight .......
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Evening everyone

Hugs and vibes winging their way from down south as appropriate

Valli - top news about the planning permission. They will, of course, go to appeal so be prepared for that

I'm afraid I failed to do what I said I would do this morning. So the cupboard under the stairs remains in a mess. I have, however, stripped my bed and washed the sheets.

I have spent the day deep into researching the book (it was too cold and miserable to do anything else!). And feel pleased. I've also sorted out a lot of spurious bits of information and put them in their rightful place. Things are coming together nicely. The solicitor who absconded abroad for 20 years because of 'financial difficulties' continues to amuse me. Almost as much as the 'breach of promise' court case the daft old boy went through because a young flibberty gibbet caught his eye :D

Off now to cook dinner (only for me because the kids are buying themselves a chinese). DS is up v. v. early tomorrow morning because he's going fishing with his father so I need to pack him a picnic. I'll also get up v.v. early just to make sure he gets off in time. Then I have the hairdresser at 8am to do my highlights. I think I will be yawning by lunchtime!

But my fling list is complete :) (detailed below)

And I can add to my fling thing:
    • 1 tatty duvet cover that's no use to man nor beast anymore. 1 tin of balti vegetable curry that no-one knows who bought and is out of date. 1 lot of redundant papers from the notice board. 1 driver CD for a printer I no longer have. 2 leadless pencils. 1 worn out scourer. 2 packets of christmas chocolate coins - BBE April 2008 :o
    • 1 set of fixing instructions for a shower that was fixed months ago. 1 charger for a mobile that is no longer in existence. 1 set square. 1 old business card. 1 chewed and useless dog lead. 1 x lot of loose change recycled in £50.00's worth of notes courtesy of the corner shop :D - Note I did not cheat and add on every individual coin....
    • 6 pieces of wood from garden gone to best friend up the road. 1 half of a hair clip (don't know where the other half is). 1 Which magazine from January
    • 1 book sent in the post for RosePink, 1 old Staples catalogue, 1 jiffy bag, 4 plant labels, 2 dead plants, 2 useless plant pots, 3 old Christmas cards
    • 1 lot of dust from behind the PC desk, 1 old furry choc drop (maybe doggy, may be human but has gone binwards anyway)
    • 6 hairs from bathroom plug hole (I know it's gross RoseP - but if I don't do it, no-one else will! They were DiL's again!). 1 random plastic lid to something or other.
    • 1 wok that just can't cope with another scrubbing so has gone in the bin. 2 old handbooks (one from 2002 and one from 2004) 3 old scrappy bits of paper from my archives
This week's fling: 52/50 things by Friday night :D
