I've just had a very worthwhile call, with a promise to review and call back within a specified time - you don't want to know my issues as it would take a week to explain!!!!

Thanks I was struggling to escalate my issue and found the post useful. Have managed to get my case re-opened but lets see what happens.
I have over-spent £300 pounds due to a confusion in the tariff (the charges not being clear on the website). Now hoping that they do something about it.
