Three Mobile Complaints

Options
:mad:Three mobile make it very difficult to complain. They won't even give you the details of who to complain to. However some research reveals the following.

If you want to make a complaint to three you might like to write to the CEO Kevin Russell. kevin.russell@three.co.uk or executive.office@three.co .uk. Or you might want to try writing to Simon Teague, head of Operations. It's his name at the bottom of the three repairs letters. His email is Simon.Teague@three.co.uk. The other person try is Mark Ford who appears to be in charge of repairs. Mark.Ford@three.co.uk.

Yes they are. I tried to complain before, and sent several emails to executive.office@three.co.uk and each time I received an automated reply stating that I should call customer service and that the exec office only deals with cases passed on by the regulator. 3 Customer Services are totally use less and were unable to help me. I emailed them over and over and never received a reply. So just gave up on them.

Publishing their email addresses directly like that means that the spambots pick them up and they probably get 2-3 thousand emails a day so your complaints are lost. Send WRITTEN complaints to these people using recorded delivery. It's only 60p for the signed-for option and helps give an audit trail for when you start the court action after using the regulator...
I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.

Yep and 3 most probably scrapped the email address after the first "Magical Viagra" email.

Just put (At) instead of @.

I've just had an autoreply from Simon Teague's email address, containing mobile numbers of several members of 3 staff. Might help us get our various points across to 3 Senior Management methinks:

I am currently visiting our contact centre operations in Pune and Mumbai, India. I will only be able to pick up mails periodically so please contact a member of my team, otherwise I will get back to you as soon as possible on my return, week commencing 27/04.

    Many thanks

    Simon.

Really see no point in writing to them either, wrote two letters to cancel my contracts enclosing USIM's and keep getting phone calls offering me upgrades/new terms and bills for services that I have cancelled.

You really seem to have to contact the exec office to get anything done with them these days.

I am having a bloody nightmare with them, my new Nokia 6500 slide is faulty, which they happily accept, but will only offer me a reconditioned 3120 thats worth aout £25.00! Get this, they said to exchange it for another Nokia 6500 they would have to charge me!!? !!!!!!??

So spoke to OFT who told me to write and complaint.... errr yeah, any idea who to or where to? I was given the address,

    3 Mobile Communications
    PO BOX 333
    Glasgow
    G29 AG

Im pretty sure thats some kind of made up address or something, the post code doesnt have enough characters in it. If anyone has an address where I can write to them, please let me know!!
