Late - I find wheatbags help too if the painkillers don`t work. I find my electric blanket is excellent for back pain too.

Light - I had a minor little crash a couple of years ago - no, it wasn't my fault. My insurers kept pushing me to make a claim for injuries. Luckily I went to the hospital on the day it happened. I got a little sum that arrived at a very handy time.
