mmm chocolate sounding good.. im in middle of changing my hours at work at the minute im wanting fri afternoons off instead of wednesday as soon as im sorted ill be in touch!

Bat....kids have to learn like we had to. As a parent being tough with them is part of the role. I had a frank discussion with mine a couple years ago & amazingly both got jobs within a week.
Made a massive difference to the finances...but the biggest difference was to their outlook. Both now are very independant, have their own houses & cars...my eldest is still only just 20 .
Not sure how student finance works but I wish you luck with it...its bad enough just having enough to live on ourselves.:eek::eek:

I'm doing okay, thanks everyone. Won't be here much longer though as my neck is starting to hurt more and its affecting my typing arm! Think I need to dig out my hot water bottle (wheat bag went missing in the move) and go lie down and try to get some rest.
