Without the rain you wouldn't have the rainbows !

I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left!
  • Car insurance ignore me i have a rare fault i cant see whats starring me in the face
  • it strikes me that this FILE would be the holy grail for any would be burglar/ID theif.

A sub category perhaps... for regular shopping items and where they are purchased ( assuming other half doen'nt usually go shopping )

e.g. milk and bread cheapest at local morrisons? , but get your shampoo, soap-powder/tablets from tesco etc..? long running 2 for 1 offers?

lump all store goods together obviously, and this list would be for regular items only, not one-offs or the entire stock of each shop!
 single forever, not looking. Don't drink, don't smoke. Oh what a Happy Bunny !!!

They always manage to locate me before I need them ;)

Off to copy Martins list ...

.... for me to fill in! :o
  • excellent idea martin.
    everyone should have one !!

    add ...
    sentinel / type company

    cashback providers eg tcb/quidco

    denplan

i will give it more thought.
i'm in the middle of seperating and i do 101% of all financial things .. other half wouldn't know where to start.

they couldn't even start .. don't know the password to my pc !!

if the idea is that we can then fill in our own detail etc .. should it instead or as well ... be on excel so columns can be used for various differrent items .. be it contact name/numbers .. contact names .. amounts ... dates .. eg when does interest free credit card have to be paid off by.... when do the mobiles cashbacks have to be sent in.

I do have bits of versions of lists like these but as currently doing the financial recky for the solicitors .. become very aware that if i was knocked down by a bus .. sheer chaos happens ..

    another one .... premium bonds

    bupa type provider.

I keep serial numbers if camera gear and easily nickable stuff in the house (compuer gear, HiFi etc). Probably best as a one-liner "Important Serial Numbers"....

Get one of the small safes (Netto, Aldi, Argos etc to keep the print-out (and yer gold bars).

Also a comment to password-protect the .xls and zip it into a password-protected .zip file!

Location of address book, appointments diary etc.

Bookmakers accounts (strictly for matched betting!).

Accountant, insurance broker, anyone else who may hold important financial information eg cccs.
