Well let's see what happens to car prices in the next few months....and more importantly, peoples ability to drive down the price.
You can easily get cars already with a 2k discount via the internet, and they are brand new....and you'd still have the part exchange which you could whack on ebay.
BUT, only certain people will go down this route, a lot of people will only go to certain sources, such as dealers with a shiny showroom.0 -

And a fair few like me will just let it pass them by......We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

I meant using my 17 year old car and getting a brand new one with the oh so wonderful 2k rebate.

Only new I think. Though hopefully proper details will come out soon.
Did other countries do "up to a year old"? If so, it's possible that this one might. But they only said new cars.0
