We all know that the motor trade is, in the main, far less than honest in the way it does so called "deals"; so you can expect the scrappage scheme discount to only be applied to the full list price of whichever cars they want to shift [/U]

If they are allowed to do this then maybe I'll give it a miss. I know what car I fancy and I won't allow them to use that against me and talk me into buying a car I don't want just because that's the only model included in the scheme.

You will get any model you want.

But you won't get a deal. You will get the 2k for the part exchange and thats it.

Which means you will be paying a few k more than the price of a 6 month old one, and considering ford have put their price up 5% twice in the last 3 months and other dealers have followed, you won't be saving much at all compared to what you would have paid in say January.

I don't know. There was some V good deals in the Sunday paper this week.
Vauxhall had 0% over 4 years as well. Times are hard for some dealers, I recon if you were in the mood for a new one, you could find a good deal. Just look at Bristol from the M5 when you drive past. Millions of unsold cars
NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!
